Eto'o got the ball on the left and dribbled his way through two Madrid defenders in the area, Samuel was one, not sure the other (#14). The two defenders then collided in something out of the Keystone Cops, taking Eto'o down with them.

Ronaldinho's spot kick was clinical. Casillas went the right way with a good dive, but the penalty could not be stopped.

    12 minutes + stoppage remaining.

No more, please. This seems a just result from the play by play, any more and I'll be devestated beyond belief... I'm going to grab a fvcking beer, or maybe down a 12 pack.

Congrats to Barcelona, God it's hard to swallow my pride...

i`m not surprised that zizuo is off, even if he tried in the first half he has been marked out just like becks, real`s defense is also not handling our attacks, this is what we call fast flowing passing football, total domination, larsson`s flick should also have made it 3-0 just before he left injured, damn

Samuel has given Damia a real kick in the leg.. that should have been a red card in my opinion but the referee has seen it as accidental, see , damn i need one real player red carded, they are getting frustrated.,

As far as I am concerned, only Guti & Salgado rose to the occasion. Our most reliable, Casillas & Figo didn't get it done. Ronaldino, Puyol & Eto'o were world class today - the rest of Barcelona wasn't anything to strike fear in me. But well done, Barcelona. You earned the bragging rights. I was wrong on what the final score would be.

Bigsoccer apparently acting crazy because the laws of physics have been disturbed by Barcelona winning against Madrid, things should get back to normal in no time when Barça get knocked out in every competition....as usual.
