Anybody see any word on his status? I heard they were trying to make some adjustments that would allow him to be on the roster even if the green card fell through but who know for sure what will happen...
Danny Hoesen is back training with the team and should be available for Saturday's game. There are no injuries to report, so Matias Almeyda will have a full squad to choose from for his #Quakes74 starting lineup.— Robert Jonas (@robertjonas) February 28, 2019

Well, that's freaking great news!! Now if Godoy, Magnus, Affolter, and Marie could just get pink slips we might be onto something!! Go Quakesfans!! Our team is eye-gougingly terrible!! - Mark
Anybody know what his current status is (contractually)? I'm a little surprised we haven't seen more of him during this tournament...
It was reported he missed first game of tournament due to a migraine .......haven't heard any updates since then

wow, how do you tear oblique AND adductor muscles? Adductor i can understand, but oblique? What the heck was he doing? Playing in goal?
Maybe instead of being outdoors in the smoke you are indoors and over do it on the weight machines? What are professional athletes going to do if they can’t train? Just play FIFA all day?
Goodbye Danny "the Marco Urena of the 2020 Expansion Draft" Hoesen... thanks for the... one good year in 2018! If they put him in the right position he'll probably be pretty good. Think of all the times the Quakes tried to play him as a wide player for some reason.
He has talent, but I would not have picked a 30-year-old center forward who's only scored in double-digits twice in his career and is coming off a major injury and was also eligible via the re-entry draft, in which Austin have the No. 1 pick. https://t.co/jwVJnRlRlp— Matthew Doyle (@MattDoyle76) December 16, 2020 Ouch

Happy for Danny that he has a chance to stay in the U.S. and play (assuming he wants to do that), and in a good spot, and all the excitement that goes with a new team.
Hoesen was the only player on the team who was good-looking according to my daughter. She maintains we are not a very good-looking team...
Hoesen is very good looking. Our team is full of ugly ass men. Vega, Fiero and Skahan aren't bad looking though I will say. Other then that, a bunch of very average-below average players on the team. The ugliest people on the team though... Thompson and his horse mouth and huge head, JT and his watermelon head, Rios, Flo, Lopez, Espinoza and his dumbo ears, etc etc etc.
