I found it funny that no one was posting in the chants section. That roach came out of the wood works. You know those nacos never clean. Roaches love concha crumbs!

    Piojo is leaving

Looks like el "Piojo" is heading back to La Liga. I don't think we should worry we still have Navia coming back.

    Puro America

    funny...

I remember when Piojo came to the MFL, the MFL haters said that no team in Europe wanted him and that he was going to a resort of a league... will they say the same if he goes to La Liga? I have read from Spanish papers that Zaragoza is indeed interested.

But it is funny how those MFL haters dont say shyt about Ortega or Simeon going back to Argentina

Err I don't think so. Atleast IMO.

Piojo is going to be truly missed. Hats off to the guy, he really made me eat my words.

The thing is Speed kills. And Piojo had speed. It would be nice if we had someone with similar characteristics up front. Navia is good, but when you have a player with speed, it creates a lot of opportunities and stretches the defense out.

I'm also wondering if AMERICA is going to sign up another international to replace him or if they're going to go with what they have ...

Navia sucks, he didn't even play at all last season and the season before that he was pathetic. So is it 100% now that Piojo is gone?

Well, hard for a guy to play when hes recovering from surgery. Lopez played very well this season, but he did have a bad season when he first came over to America. Maybe he did think that he would have an easy time away from europe. Most of his goals this year were because of his speed, but America didnt look to him for all its offense. Navia is a scorer as well, although a different type. He has some velocity, but nowhere near as much as Lopez. This shouldnt hurt the team though, as Navia always finds a way to get s shot off. He has played well with Blanco before and should fit in fine with Kleber.

I wouldnt be surprised if the team didnt bring in another foreigner to replace Lopez. Dont the rules change for the torneo clausura 2006? I think the number of spots for foreigners goes down from 6 to 5, so might as well try to comply with them now instead of having to dump someone later.

Apparently he is and the reason Navia didn't play last season was because of an injury. Speaking of which, has he recovered?

    Re: Piojo not gone yet!!!!

    America lost 5-2 to Atlante

Kleber and Chaco Jimenez were the ones that scored for America, the goalkeeper was none other then Becerra, this keeper really sucks. Lets just hope that Ochoa doesn't get hurt, what happen to Edmundos? if he was a decent keeper.

becerra really dissapointed me the game against Toluca. You dont fvcking cry when you get your ass handed to you.

Nobody likes to lose and especially with a 6-0 marker. But when you get your handed to you, you take it like a man, and bounce back like a man. What he did showed how immature he was. Yes, he has skill. Yes, he had talent. But the kid lacked mental toughness and cack juice to overcome that situation. He was crying. WTF was that about?

I remember Becerra really impressed me when he would be given some chances to start but then after some descalabros dude just wasn't the same.
