Oh, snap, you'd think I would have figured that out! But then, three of mine were born during the off-season.
That was a very nice message. I think someone on reddit said it was his decision to leave, and it was for family reasons, but take with a grain of salt until we can confirm that (or not). I would just say, let's not assume it was haggling over the money.
Very classy of Andrés. I always thought he was one of our better defenders. Good controlled passing, always looking to get the ball forward. Some nice defensive work. OK, now to sign someone better!! Go Quakes!! - Mark
Also classy of Fioranelli to respond to his tweets as well. The new FO led by Fio has been a ray of sunshine.
Yes, Jesse is many times classier than Doyle. Says the right things, isn't a dick. OK, it's a low bar, but still, it's improvement. - M
Mixed emotions on him leaving. Initially, I thought that he had starting material and would be a good CB for the Quakes, but last year, he was just too inconsistent. For his height, he wasn't that good in the air and he lunged into tackles too often. While I liked his passing and soccer mind, his passes went too often to the wrong team. Wish Andres good luck!
16 minute Skype interview by Joel Soria. Andres is a great guy. Very enjoyable to catch up with him: https://quakesepicenter.com/2018/02...n-jose-earthquakes-defender-andres-imperiale/
