Like a lot of promising young talents, he was never really selected/called up for international duty. But then again, he didn't really capitalize on showcasing his skills as do a lot of the previous talents we've had that failed to live up to their names. Mind you, he managed to keep his career afloat in Europe, but it was a rather quiet one.
