Whenever Iraq get a chance they make something of it, whenever Saudi has a chance it fizzles out because of philosiphising by the players.

That would be bad if it was. Iraq are better than Bahrain.

It's a rematch of 2004 GC sf - Oman - Bahrain. Saudi play UAE. I want to see an Oman UAE final.

Feel for you guys. You deserve better. You're definitely a better team than Bahrain or for that matter UAE. But this isn't an important tournament.

First of all i would like to congratulate all of us (Saudi fans) for the match.

And with new talented Saudi players that we are seeing now in this Gulf cup, And the players that are injured right now (hopefully they will be back in time for the asian cup), Inshallah we will be in the Asian cup finals this summer.

Hard luck to the iraqi fans.

UAE will be the toughest match that the Saudis will be facing IMO.

    Our injuries increase again :

    Before Tournament :
    Mabrouk Zayed
    Ruda Tokar

    During Tournament :
    Hussien AbdulGhani
    Naif AlQadi
    Saud Kariri
Omar AlGhamdi (Might come back for next game?)

As Saleh Sagri said after the game, this is the only NT that has substitutes as good as the starters.

They are nothing compared Bahrain, Qatar, and Iraq. Maybe Oman is as good as the other three, but UAE is nothing, only I fear the pressure and the fans during the game. AlSarkal is pissing his thobe now.. he hoped Iraq would kick us out.. :D

Ah get outta here, if Iran had like these situations they would be moaning around about the injuries as they lose like usual. ;)
