I don't know much about the guy, but could he potentially be long term replacement for Ronaldo ?

I've seen this situation plenty of times. Canales, Drenthe etc. Some starlets pan out, others don't. Demanding that he make a return on the investment is silly. He's not going to try to fail.

I'm not super-excited over this transfer, but it's worth a punt from the club's perspective.

 

BS, Laudrup was the most underrated player of his generation, he had it all and he would've been one of the best today. Maybe you mean Brian , not Michael. There are not many players like him in football today_ vision ( most important aspect of the game for me personally), dribbling, short and long passing ability, workrate, leadership etc. Judging from videos , kid is very similar.

 

Extremely overhyped talent. You realize he played in one of the worst leagues in the world right? The Norwegian league isn't even average, it is terrible.
