Also recommend getting a wipe warmer.

To the uninitiated, it seems like a frivilious (sp) item, but the last thing a blurry-eyed parent that is changing diapers at 3am wants is to place a freezing cold wipe on your little one's little bottom, and thus fully awaken the child (who must then be coaxed back asleep, robbing you further of your own).

Also recommend a diaper genie.

Basically think of the diaper genie as hazmat storage, allowing careful disposal of used diapers/wipes at a better time + preventing smells from escaping. Once again, blurry eyed 3am parent will appreciate being able to throw the diaper away nearby changing table and inside house.

Other than that, the best advice I can give is get in as much Sex and Sleep as you possibly can before the due date. Trust me on that one.

Wow it has been a while since I was on here but congrats. hope all is well.

 

So we found out the gender of the baby last week. Been too busy to post about it, so.....we've decided to keep it a secret. To make it more fun for everyone.

If you guys want, you can post a gender and a birthday here, and whoever gets the exact date and gender, or closest, gets a six pack of their choice at the first tailgate we come to after the birth.

The date the doctors gave us is July 6th, but as they continually remind us, those don't really mean much.

 

I'll pick June 29th and a girl!!!
