The New Political Cartoon Thread (Now with Memes)

Quick story, which I'm sure won't surprise Sounders. Back when I was living in Memphis, there was a vote by the governoring body (I forget if city or county, but likely county - Memphis has a dual governoring body) on whether to keep Planned Parenthood to provide government funded health care to those who could not afford it, or switch to another company, which was Christian based and was anti-abortion. The hearing on the change was really heated, and one person (I think a White women in what appeared to be her 20s) called one White male council member a terrorist. The guy responded back, in a rather angry tone, that he was, indeed, a Christian Terrorist if it meant saving lives.

When he was up for re-election, he won (but, as memory serves, later resigned).
