I have confidence that they'll work out some of the tweeks. I'm glad to know that they did it out of necessity, rather than some dumb plan to try something new. They need to put a thicker line between posts.
The poll has no "meh" category. That's pretty much where I fall. I don't particularly care for the new format, but it's not exactly a cataclysm of biblical proportions either...
I don't really care that the look and feel has changed, but it seems like a number of threads have disappeared and that's very annoying. I wonder if they will be recovered, or are they gone forever? Also, maybe there's another way to do it, but some of the posting tags no longer work (like the formation tag that you could use to post lineup formations). Edit - just saw a post that says they are still importing threads, so hopefully the missing ones will show up....

Looks like I need to get a new avatar picture as the one I have currently is totally pixelated. I like having the option of more smileys but I tend to like the "old school" Big Soccer smileys more than these oafish ones. Being able to put a stinking pile of poo oop: seems quite handy though.
I had to re-upload mine, since I chose a size that wouldn't get scaled down by the old board. Now 200x200 is the suggested minimum. It should make the cleavage avatars more interesting.
It's in the "quick navigation" icon on the right side of the top bar, which is not as good, since it's hidden and not collapsible. Maybe I'll find shortcuts that make up for it.
Yeah, don't muck with us old people. Still not used to it, but as they start getting back some of the previous features, it may be okay. I remember that back around 1999 or 2000 (last year of the 20th Century) they did something similar. The only problem with that update was that it made something simple much more complicated. We'll see, though.
It won't and shouldn't go back, but I lost major usability and lost almost complete usability on my phone because it doesn't word wrap.
They also got rid of people's location and favorite club(s) beneath their names. That was useful information, they should bring that back.. Also looks like the whole "+" member system is gone now?
