If I'm interpreting what they said in the article correctly, they should have their full seating available this summer which will be nice; those tarps were giving me early 2000's league vibes.

Full seating on the east side only. They will have to tarp off the west side while they work on it.

What it’ll be the capacity for their 2026 MLS season?

It looks like they're about 1/3 of the way through the seat installation. Confirmed that the pink/grey/black pattern will carry over from Fort Lauderdale.

The concourse is already electrified and looks to be a few weeks away from completion.

This is great to see. Still feels like they are cutting it close. No sod yet. Crazy to think they are scheduled to host a game in that place in 6 weeks.

Why? Smaller capacity than Nippert, and not much more than Miami. How does this venue benefit either university?

"The game has been set for a neutral site. The Bearcats' 2026 schedule lists Cincinnati, Ohio, as the venue, and many expected Paycor Stadium would host it."

College football in NFL stadia is mostly a disappointment in my opinion.

Looks as complete as that Italian hockey arena for the Olympics.

It actually wasn't that bad. They were smaller things like baseboards not installed and exterior landscaping. Honestly it was better than the speed skating venue which was temporary.

I think they were running behind, but every olympics they were looking for a venue not ready story like every olympics and there really was only 1 venue where that was possible.

I specifically quoted that photo because it was a concourse. The concourses and concessions were not completed for the hockey arena.
