Today www.24horasinc.com was reporting that P. Barbosa AKA Gangster is taking LFV to court because of SIC's interview.

Re: Miguel future could be in the B team

That's ridiculous. Paulo Barbosa is just looking for anything to give Miguel a reason, except everything he's tried has failed. The FPF and the league have said that the contract is VALID. Soon he'll be looking for an "i" that wasn't dotted or a "t" that wasn't crossed in the contract, lol.

We are only on episode 23 of Miguel (Roque) Santeiro.

    P. Barbosa could be Professor Astromar Junqueira
Dias Da Cunha could be Sinhozinho Malta (Tou certo ou tou errado)
    Miguel as Roque Santeiro

Re: Miguel future could be in the B team

Benfica now will have to go to Fifa, after Miguel avoid the old contract, according to this report

    http://www.record.pt/noticia.asp?id=679060&idCanal=11

meanwhile if any team signs Miguel they my be punish like some teams in Italy

ACORDO COM BENFICA NÃO FOI POSSÍVEL
    Miguel rescindiu contrato

What a story this is trning out to be.
Nobody wants to sign him because everybody is worried that things will go bad. I am sure he will regret it.

Re: Miguel future could be in the B team

Miguel rescinde hoje com o Benfica.

    http://www.publico.clix.pt/shownews.asp?id=1228479&idCanal=56

He claims it is a new contract from 2005 to 2008 and therefore he has 30 days to break the contract. It sounds like something bought at Best Buy, 30 day guarantee or money back.....

First no contract, then it wasn't valid, now this......

Unbelievable how things change. Three weeks ago he was the best RB in the world worth 20+ million, now he sucks. Alex, and the biatch will start showing their true colors soon. Remember preseason is just that, or have you forgotten last year with Zahovic.

WC06 is out of the question.

I think this could be the worst move in portuguese soccer history since Benfica signed Artur Jorge as the coach.

As pissed as I am at Miguel, problems players have with individual teams (even with Benfica :) ) have no bearing (and should not) on who plays for the national team. When it comes to the national team, we have to put personal politics aside and put our best players forward. Now if he becomes an ass on the national team, thats a different story.

Now as far as on the Benfica team ??? I hope they bitch slap him and send him to the B team.

Re: Miguel future could be in the B team

Nobody said Miguel sucks. He is still a very good player, it's just that Miguel went from being a fan favorite to now becoming a player that Benfica fans don't like. Miguel went about things the wrong way, and he will probably pay for it. I'd rather have him play on the B team then sell him for less than 10 million euros.
