Did a search for this and couldn't seem to find another thread, which is surprising. If there is one and I missed it, feel free to delete. Basically there is purported to be a video of the Mayor of Toronto smoking crack at what is purported to be a crack house, together with Somali drug dealers (one of whom has since been murdered!). The mayor apparently has no intention of stepping down, although several of his staffers have quit. He is apparently a bizarre character in general but still appears to have plenty of support in Toronto.
