I’m surprised it didn’t run aground on that island southwest of Michigan it looks to have slammed into.

 

I thought the sewers there were populated with giant turtles and rats.

 

She also was 729 feet long and rests 530 feet on the bottom of Lake Superior, so depending on how she sank, her bow could've hit the bottom with her stern still above the surface.

Ancient Egypt's history is divided into different Kingdoms and Periods. They are as follows:

Old Kingdom (the time of the sphinx and great pyramids)
1st Intermediate Period
Middle Kingdom
2nd Intermediate Period
New Kingdom (the time of King Tut, Ramesses, etc)
3rd Intermediate Period
Late Period
Ptolemaic Period (Cleopatra)

 

To say nothing of the fact that they are operating from very different definitions of empire. Indonesia is currently an empire? India?

Also, they fail to list the Caliphates as occupying Europe, but the Umayyads held Spain and Portugal (and a little slice of France) for over 300 years.

 

Not to mention Teotihuacan, whose capital was one of the largest cities in the world at one point!

It would be nice to see this verified somehow, given we have to take the word of "Right Wing Cope", whoever that is.

 

Even if this map is true, what Russia lacks in absolute numbers, they still are home to the loudest and most influential voices.
