I have a cousin who lives in Staten Island and another cousin in Manhattan near the coast. And I grew up in a suburb not too far east of Brooklyn. We’d go there to get weed on occasion in my late teens. Or maybe that was the northeast corner of the Bronx.

Came across this map awhile back.

And it’s interesting seeing how it lines up with the presidential vote.

Cicero-adjacent. It’s unlikely he’s the only committed racist with a Hispanic surname within a mile radius of wherever he lives there

He also went to my high school (Lyons Township) so now it doesn’t matter that David Hasselhoff also went to LT.

Most oddly named city in each US state.

Second place in Oregon should be Drain.

Blue Ball, PA, and Cut and Shoot, TX, beg to differ.

Normal, Illinois, is hoping you don’t notice them.

Forgot about that one. Mormon Bar seemed like a weak choice considering all the river-related “Bar” locations dating from the Gold Rush. But I guess the idea of a Mormon Bar is pretty funny.
