and coaches can greatly expand a players skillset , profile, and and take their career to the next level... but the player has to be willing. if a player thinks his good enough, either he shows it or adapt .. these guys have done neither

One of the areas Xabi clearly failed is getting the best out of midfield. I personally thought, if nothing else guys like Fed, Jude, Camavinga, etc., would be in good hands. None of them showed any improvement.

There was allot of talk about Fed taking over the Kroos role after the 23/24 season but it didn’t happen between injuries, lack of depth and trying to force fit Mbappe into the lineup.

I thought Xabi would be a good choice to show Fed the ropes of playing as a deep lying playmaker but instead he just went the simple route of using Tchoumeni as an all out DM and it seems like he just didn’t have it him “coach” players into refining their game the same way Carlo was able to take payers and put them in new positions only to have them coming out looking better than before.

Absolutely. Say it louder for those at the back. They need too hear it. They mocked and insulted us for telling the truth. Christ it was obvious for anyone to see.

The most spectacular man-management failure in recent times by MR. Xabi Alonso.

Lost respect for him this season, but tonight will always be a happy memory. Whatever the opinion may be, his legacy as a Madrid legend has been sealed with this performance.

He's angry that that Fede didn't see eye to eye with Xabi.

Saying that he does not want to play RB and then doing so is still sacrificing.

You just will choose misery every time.

It's a good thing what you feel and the respect you value is important only to you and not anyone at the club including Valverde.

Coming from the guy who's only reason he posts here is being miserable and fighting with others for who can be the most contrarian.

I get you and others don't like me and this mainly came from my previous career being leaked/discussed and then worsened once I began openly (and strongly) speaking against racism and enabling racism.

Anyways, even after a great win like yesterday, look at your posts. Nothing but negavitity.

If it's not piling on the guy you don't like or push the agenda you created in your own mind, it's diminishing an accomplishment or win; then you get angry at others for pointing it out and project your own mentality on them.

    No, thanks man lol.

Yesterday was great. Real Madrid won big. Only you and your brethren will search for misery here and I'll speculate to say it's frustration from the result not being City 3 and Madrid 0.

You guys are far more activity when we lose then when we win. That is when you shine.

Fede had played 75 UCL games before yesterday and had scored 3 goals. Yesterday he doubled that his number of goals with a hat-trick.
-Fede is only the second player in UCL history to score a first-half hat-trick against an English opponent.(The other one was Messi, who scored a hat-trick against Arsenal in 2009/10 (Messi actually finished that game with four goals.
Fede should have taken the penalty, since Vini offered it to him and he was on fire).
    -It's his first ever Hattrick

Valverde should be proud of himself with that performance.

He's taken heat in the season (and rightly so) and so it's fair to praise where it's due. He stood up yesterday and he played the role of defensive winger very well with covering Trent in the first 10-15 minutes to demoralise their wingers (Doku) and take them out of the game for vast periods.

This is just a miserable club to support right now because it's all about multiple groups trying to dunk on one another rather than a bigger fanbase just enjoying/being in lockstep with the team.

I mostly blame the club because that where the amount of weird conspiracy theories and weirdo stuff comes from that challenges the intelligence of a regular person. makes it very hard to identify with this "institution" from a current standpoint. You need a lot of nostalgia.

Do you think you are personally guilty on here of trying to dunk on people a lot of the time? I’m curious.

Some thought Mbappe was holding back Vini, turns out it was Jude holding back Fede, the man has been unleashed in that free midfield role.
