As in Soccer, as in Hockey, a good keeper can take you a long ways.

It's even funnier because it was done by Disney!

What a great season it's been...the Ranger$ don't even make the playoffs, now the "Hall of Fame" on ice doesn't even get past the first round.

Detroit deserves to lose all the time simply for having "Hockeytown" on their ice. Losers.

I might be mistaken, but didn't Detroit win the division by about eleven points?

Yeah, Detroit won the division quite handily over the Blues (exactly 11 points, in fact). The only battle the Jackets had a hand in was for the #1 seed (which Dallas eventually got).

    I haven't stopped laughing...

Now if they can resample that fruity sounding organ at Nationwide Arena with various duck calls replacing the actual notes for when the 'Wings come to town, I'll be less grouchy of a person...

    This is true...

...and those Michiganders will really be seething should those hapless Leafs progress in the playoffs.

oh....the sounds of envy, so we got swept in the first round, who was the defending champions? Who has won 3 of the last 6? Who is going to be stacked again next year, the red wings, with Datsuk back, Zetterberg back Fischer back Boileau back, tremendous prospects europe like Jiri Hudler.....i'm not even upset the Wings got swept, it happens to the best of 'em. Just ask france. Now let me go back and look at where all tehse people are from and see how good there teams are. I love inferiority complexes, its one thing people on bigsoccer.com are good at having. :)

Red Wings 2003-2004 Stanley Cup champions, you heard it here first.

I love this board, good thing i have a sense of humor. :)

Actually funny thing is most of my friends in Michigan there second team is the Maple Leafs, don't know why, but we always liked them. Must be an original Six thing or something, but thats who I'm rooting for. And whoever did this earlier, don't even compare the Wings to those hapless rangers, please, thats just hitting below the belt.

one other thing, i'm actually a crew fan, so incase people think i'm just trolling or something. Because of the proximity, and I could not imagine myself liking anything that comes out of chicago.
