Oh, one final touch: a summer saturday night, 6,800 spectator. Congratulations! (You want to think how many would go to a Sanga game in J2 if it is -say- in January or February? Maybe 2,500?)
Ow. One more. Gotta share these data... Sanga in the last five J1 games: Shots = 66 Goal scored = ZERO Shots against = 48 Goal conceded = 11 Points = 0 I mean... BUHAHAHAHAHA... One can only laugh... 66 shots and NO GOALS!!! Where else you get something like this??
Did you see Diego's chance? Hahaha how on earth could he miss that? I mean, doesnt matter because it was offside and wouldnt have count, but still... Also offside goal by Diego, but wasnt imo (maybe have to see again). Would have been 1-1. But football is not if...
because ref said so? ok, like i said would like to see again, so ... anyway, keep your head up ... offensive-wise i think Sanga at least having more scoring opportunities than Shonan, but both suck and facing the relegation it seems
I think Sanga is so miserable nowadays that we can't really blame the refs, especially not one a single episode. True, we got screwed up in the game against S-Pulse, but by the same token we beat Vegalta with a goal one meter offside. Really, Diego especially needs no extra mercy from the refs. yesterday Sanga benefited of a generous red card, and in any case managed to lose 0-2, so... This year we looked pretty good for five games, but after the game at Cerezo we've been pathetic. We absolutely deserve the points we have and the position we're at.
Today Sanga's reserves, featuring Daigo Watanabe, Nakatani, Someya and our superstars Thiego and Kataoka, unbelievably lost at home 0-2 against a selection of Kansai universities students. When you hit the ground... start digging!
Re: The J.League Refereeing Thread EVERYTHING IS FINE AT KYOTO SANGA!!! YAY!!! http://www.jsgoal.jp/photo/00065200/00065232.html http://www.jsgoal.jp/photo/00065200/00065231.html
if you needed proof that... 1 - Sanga is better without Mr.1m$ Diego, and... 2 - Sanga is ALSO deadly unlucky... Watch the game with Shonan.
Today Sanga's satellite played a game vs a selection of Kansai student. Sanga lost 0-3, deservedly. The defenders were Someya, Kataoka, Masushima and Nakatani. Congratulations. If Sanawa Insatsu were a club and not a company team, I'd probably switch my allegiance... I believe that Sanga, to be competitive in J2 next season, will have to change about 15 of their 30 players - no kidding.
It really doesnt look good, they need to start from the scratch it seems. Maybe they can get like 1-2 wins out of the remaining matches, to say good bye from J1 for now, but thats all.
Keep in mind that on Sunday Sagawa Insatsu outplayed Sanga both physically and tactically... I mean... Wow... Kato really disintegrated this team and the club, and it all started with the brilliant idea of bringing in Diego, who had just helped Verdy being relegated...
No new stadium in town for Kyoto Sanga http://www.kyoto-np.co.jp/sports/article/20100908000193 (can't find stadia thread...)
Some game huh? [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MC_6KPUIVFg"]YouTube - ????? - ??????? GK??[/ame]
When Yanagi slides (ca. 0:08), he gets the ball, but do you think his play is completely regular...? I have some doubts... If the ref let that go, which is cool, I believe Matsuoka's "manly reaction" should be forgiven too, especially since Sanga got a FK anyway and Matsuoka was on a yellow already... As a Sanga fan I accept the present (Heven knows we need some!), but overall it seems quite harsh...
Dreadful news: Thiego's release is not official yet. I was told that in any case Kyocera will NOT put any money in the team for this season.
Hey Reds supporters we're way more hooligans than you are - haha! http://www.asahi.com/sports/column/TKY201009140142.html
Takenori Hayashi sucks in J2 as well... To think that last year Kato basically used him a s starting member in J1...
Maybe someone should tell Nishino that first pass of the game must be forward, not back like in Niigata.
He is still confused about his role, after Kato had decided last year to train him as a side-back... Anyway, indeed another mistake by the ref - one of many in this game.
If you guys manage to beat Jubilo next Saturday...anything is possible. Then it gets really interesting. Maybe Cerezo will manage to get points in Kobe? Should be an interesting one in Kobe. And then there's Tokyo vs. Omiya...important match for both teams too. Next round could be very important for everyone down there...
Could you explain the situation ? I don't remember quite well. And I think the penalty was fair, I wasn't convinced at the beginning but Kwak's hand move is decisive.
I don't discuss the penalty, but the red card (and suspension...) seem really harsh. The ball bounced on Kwak's body and THEN on the arm. How is that on purpose...??
