As I said on another thread, teams with the most money also tend to have strikers who will play ahead of him. They are willing to pay more not because they need him to start but because they have tons of cash and want quality depth.

Frankfurt scored about 5 minutes after TT came on. I think you could fault him for being out of position which allowed the pass into the box, but mostly not on him. After that goal, things went OFF... from the time TT entered the match to the conclusion of the broadcast, 8 or 9 cards were handed out (all yellow except for a straight red that went to Frankfurt's manager). OL wins 3-2, which bumps them up one spot in the standings to 4th place.
Lyon having a decent little season. 5th in the MickyD's and 4th in UEFA. Tessman getting some minutes. Not a Cinderella story by any means, but compared to Serie B, not all bad.
Frankfurt are 2nd in BL atm so not a bad outcome considering Lyon and Franks are even on points in EL. Looks like it got testy.
About what you'd expect for a 23 year-old in his de facto sophomore season at Top 5 of the Top 5 level. We can confidently expect him to challenge for starter status come August. Lyons will demand it
Lyon managed to overcome Feigns Injury in the Round of 64 in the French Cup, 1-2, surviving a stoppage time goal. Tessmann played 89’ and left his teammates with a 0-2 lead. Lyon now have a break until January 4.
I haven't payed a ton of attention especially since his minutes are limited but vaguely seems that when he gets a lot of minutes they win.
