Seriously? That means we can't post any other scores here? come disse Totò.... "qui mi pare che si vada oltre il consueto….al paese mio c’è più libertà."...
And this from Boban, Milanista. The Juve envy is unending. https://www.footitalia.com/boban-yi...s-the-only-star-player-in-the-juventus-squad/
Juve PSV Eindhoven 3-1, le pagelle della partita di Champions League | Sky Sport MCKENNIE: voto 7 YILDIZ: voto 7 - MVP
Good match yesterday and Yildiz is going to a very nice player. PSV have flaws in their midfield and the front line are too predictable. Motta had the team prepped and they performed.
When we play teams that want to play like PSV does, we are very good. We are going to need to learn to break down a low block in the league though. That is one thing about this CL format. You have to play to win or you will be out. Even if you get 8 draws you will likely be eliminated, so teams do have to go for it. That should help a team like Juve.
Yeah, this is to discuss Juve's CL campaign. We have an entire thread dedicated to posting about other teams, scores from games, etc.
Got it! It didn't indicate at the time of my initial post. The title of the thread was in fact changed after I posted. Anyway, no big deal and I'll take note in the future. Thanks! Back to the thread.... Here is an excerpt of an article from Soccer America relating to McKennie…. Soccer America Daily Weston McKennie shines in Champions League clash of U.S. players by Mike Woitalla September 17, 2024 Weston McKennie celebrates his goal for Juventus against PSV. Americans in 2024-25 UEFA Champions League Tuesday: Weston McKennie (Juventus) 75 minutes, 1 goal in 3-1 win vs. PSV. Tim Weah (Juventus) sub 21 minutes in 3-1 win vs. PSV. Malik Tillman (PSV) 90 minutes in 3-1 loss at Juventus. Richy Ledezma (PSV) 86 minutes in 3-1 loss at Juventus. Ricardo Pepi (PSV) sub 13 minutes in 3-1 loss at Juventus.
They keep saying Weston was not wanted by Juve. That is not accurate. He was offered an extension in the spring which he turned down. As a result, he was then shopped around and refused proposed moves. Finally he met with the coach and was told if he signed an extension he could be reintegrated with the team. He agreed and here we are. If he had accepted the initial extension, he could have saved himself a lot of agro and been part of the squad from the get go.
He wasn't wanted the year before when he went to Leeds. Many on the board wanted him out and thought he continued to suck.

Just watching Stuttgart who we play after leipzig. Defensively they don’t look good, I think we should win comfortably against them. If we can get a good lead by the hour mark we can then start resting players for the following game which I believe is inter
Cabal was looking good early on, wonder what happened. He has not played a game since the beginning of the season.
