In 20 years Mourinho will be old and senile:( He should coach Portugal now on a part time basis like Hiddink did with Russia etc.

Can you imagine him walking into a press conference with a cane and fake teeth and still taking the piss?

    :D

Do it Mourinho..he said he will never let his country down if they needed him...

Well, someone get a sniper rifle, shoot Queiroz or cause some form of bodily harm to him, and Mourinho will have no choice but to accept the position in such a chaotic situation, so close to the tournament.

He still wants to go back to England again also so 1-2 more years at Inter then maybe 2-3 in England and Spain each. If that happens it could be another 5-8 years before he is the NT coach.

I'm with Zinho. I think he really wants the Real job.... he is a guy with an objective, always wants a challenge. If INter wins the CL, he's a goner. And to the poster that said Portugal is not gonna produce any good talent? You're wrong. We have plenty of solid players, including Bruma, the next ronaldo. He's just gotta stay in portugal.

Mourinho likes his teams to be more on the defencive side while Real fans and management like their team to be more on the offence side. I wonder if Real fans would accept a more defencive team ?

yup, capello was a big example of that.
but right now due to barcelona's dominance, i believe that all they care is a coach that can win titles, that's where mourinho comes in.

    Mourinho Speaks Out!

Good riddance, Inter. He's leaving. If they lose today, a lot of people will be pissed.

You think Real? I'm leaning towards Liverpool, or if SAF were to retire this summer, United

ROFL "Because I don't like it and they don't like me". His accent coupled with his "I don't give a ********" attitude makes it all the better.

If he can wait another year I'm sure that Ferguson will retire and the Manchester United job will be his. That's got to be the job he wants, I don't see him going to Real even to kill time until the Manchester job opens up.

There's nothing for him at Liverpool; no money, a mediocre squad, impatient fans. I really believe he wants to be like Ferguson or Wenger and go to a stable English club that is a perennial challenger and be the man in complete charge.

He also doesn't want to deal with any more super rich owners sticking their noses in his business so that rules out City.

But he has said numerous times that he wants to win La Liga. So I see him going to Real and stying there for about 2 years (like at Inter) and then he'll move back to England where he'll be there for about 10-15 years and then coach PORTUGAL!!!!

Yeah, he said he wanted to coach Portugal in 2012 and I believe him. My gut feeling is he's leaving for Real, but some are suggesting its a big mistake.

Wrong, he said he wanted to coach Portugal when he was 60-70, he talked about how he wanted to end up like Trappatoni.
