I finally kicked the habit of reading--and sometimes responding to--the comments on our local newspapers website right around when the enforcement of our fine county governments' illegal immigration crackdown was in full swing. I felt calmer and saner almost instantly.

Yeah. Like Sarah could discuss Marxist theory. The comments under the video are comedic gold. For instance: Questions from the audience about her "specialty" (energy) Questions about her stance on abortion (which is totally fair, expected and ANTICIPATED by the campaign) One question about any Supreme Court case in history Questions about what newspapers she reads. Questions from third graders. These are the question she's flubbed in epic proportions. And INT, to a neutral, non-Reep 'Bot, Biden clobbered this lady. 'Course, if you try and post a comment like that the kid controlling the video won't post it.
We all know ITN is grasping for straw. However, I think Biden's temperament while good for the traditional role of VP attack dog could be better when talking to reporters. Some of those questions were definitely silly questions, taken straight out Rep's talking points, but they were NOT tough questions. For example, Biden could use the opportunity to hammer the dishonesty and hypocrisy of McCain/Palin trying to link the fundamental principle of US tax code (which has not changed under recent Rep Presidents and will not changed under Obama/Biden) to Socialism or even Marxism.
The contrast between the questions Biden is asked here compared to the ones Palin has had is tremendous. And the difference in the way the two are able to field them even more so. I encourage anyone who has seen the Palin clips to view this one. (or vice versa if you haven't seen a Palin interview.)
