https://www.politico.eu/article/chi...russia-war-defense-aggression-fight-ministry/ Well. I don't think it's a smart move by China to give Europe a reason to join the USA in a possible conflict about Taiwan, by moving troops to the Polish border.
For 25 years the grounded and rusted hulk of an ex-United States WWII landing ship served as the marker for the Philippines' claim on some of the Spratly Islands. In recent years China has been trying to stop resupply runs to the ship to force the Philippines to abandon it and thus their claim. This got very heated, with water canons and ship rammings taking place Today the United States said they would "do what was necessary" to protect these supply runs. https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-...resupply-ship-atoll-sullivan-says-2024-07-19/
Xi must have been reading the posts in here, telling he's screwed because of the dependency on imported stuff and the ease for the west to cut off supply routes. If we lose this war, it's all your fault

This is why we need Greenland. This way if Russia or China launches a missle towards Maine it will have to pass Greenland first.
Not war related, just China related. So the Chinese government has cracked down on venture capital. Also founders of start ups can now be personally liable if they lose money. So... Here's a related graph. 1834097671486816681 is not a valid tweet id Private business is going down as a percent of all businesses. There is ongoing destruction of China's industrial and agricultural base. Their economy is bad and getting worse in a spiraling feedback system because every part of the economy is in debt to their eyeballs. I think China is doing this because they are desperate for banks to recoup some of the bad business loans, but from anecdotal evidence from YouTube videos the small business owners are usually personally broke too.
3629 This is a warning to the USA to make sure they got their priorities right. You say that, but Taiwan can last a lot longer than China can. Japan and Philipines block off the approach to China from the East and a blockade of 2 narrow straits around Indonesia and China is on its knees within a few weeks.
Uhm, how much oil do you think flows from the ME in case of the war there involving the USA? If you think China will have an energy problem, there already is a huge problem before they take on Taiwan, energy wise for the west. Remember I supposed the trigger is the ME war. China can wait a few months to let the disruption of oil production takes it's toll on the west and then attack.
A war in the Middle East is also going to interrupt China's oil flow as well. But, again, block off two narrow straits and China is on its knees in several weeks as their oil is cut off. Not only that, but they'll lose their Australian coal, so there goes a significant chunk of their energy production. China is almost entirely dependent upon food imports, etc, etc. China is one of the most import dependent countries in the world and it is also one of the easiest to blockade.
