Apparently the Team will be training at "Ronaldo field" in Portland on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
The World Cup is a different kettle of fish. It's played every four years and teams that lose the final or even reach the semifinals receive kudos and parades when they arrive home. Like when Argentina arrived home after the 2014 World Cup. Much different than the annual club campaign where you don't often see such celebrations for club teams having a trophyless season.
Don't know if this is the case for others, but for Holland in 2010 the party was so big that the planning had to begin before the final was played. Which implies a lot of it was paid for up front as well. So given it was partly paid for and fully planned for already, it was just decided to go through with it and celebrate a good run.
I assume that's just the guys on the flight to Oregon tomorrow and more will meet-up with the team in the U.S.? Because not many first team players on that list...
New fixtures are out. We host LPB in jornada 10 in late Oct. Then visit the toilet bowl in Jornada 26 in early March. Our schedule starts off pretty soft the first 6 or 7 rounds. LPB’s looks tougher so we have a good chance of building a lead early again. http://cdn1.sefutbol.com/sites/default/files/pdf/calendario1masc1819.pdf
