So just one road trip to Frisco( Saturday, August 9) mandatory !!!!! Did we say, maybe a bus trip to Colorado or Kansas City ? Colorado : Saturday, June 21 and Saturday, October 4 Kansas : Saturday, April 12 maybe we could do a voting, what do y'all think ?
Ill be going from Indy to Columbus April 26 and Chicago May 17.I will be wearing my 07 Dynamo Jersey and MLS Cup cap....... comeonyoudynamocomeonyouthreepeat
I bet Colorado is beautiful in June. That's a long ass drive, but if I can make it all the way to dc squashed between other people, I'm totally up for 1,000 miles on a bus.
Chicago might also be a possibility. That game is on Saturday night. Distances from Houston: Kansas City - 795 miles Chicago - 1,085 Denver - 1,120 Columbus - 1,170 DC - 1,370 LA - 1,550 NY - 1,635 Chicago, Denver, and Columbus would all be about the same on a bus.
can i have one of those magnetic schedules for my fridge, kinda like the ones from last year? anyone?
I'm hoping they'll have them at the practice on March 15. Or maybe give them away at the Municipal game.
I will hopefully be at both of these games. Once I know more I will contact you. Mrs Art has family in Columbus so a trip to see them seems in order, and May 17 is my birthday, so you know what I will be asking for. I would likely fly in to any of those cities if I knew we had a bus going. LETS DO IT!!!!!
One road trip to FC Frisco per year is going to be how it is for the rest of MLS seasons. As we add more teams the league will eventually go to a home and away fixture list. ie 16 teams here soon with Philly lookin' solid and thus 15x2 for a 30 match season. I like it. Makes planning the road trips like College football or a hoilday...the special occasion comes around once a year!
An analysis of the schedule: Home & Away to everyone Extra home games against Chivas USA & Dallas Extra away games against Colorado and San Jose The Ch 55 games (if any) haven't been announced yet, so here's how we stand for television: DirectKick: 15 FSC/FSE: 4 ESPN2: 4 HDNet: 4 Telefutura: 3 Home games: Wed: 1 Thu: 2 Sat: 7 Sun: 5 Total: 15 Away games: Wed: 1 Thu: 2 Sat: 11 Sun: 1 Total: 15
I was thinking about this one... I would want to visit Coors Field on Friday 7pm (Col vs NYM) I would rather fly but it would be fun to meet up for one or two events in Denver. Too bad the only Revs date is in March, so I'll have to postpone going to Boston until they have a Revs/Bosox games at the same time.
Let's get a big group for the game here (in Denver, 6/21). I'm in for sure, but the wife is working so I need people to go with. Pretty please!!!
My brother's getting married on July 5th in Colorado Springs and the Dynamo play RSL on July 3rd. Hopefully I can find a way to make it out there.
Hmmmm, on Southwest you can fly on Saturday morning for $89, fly back Sunday morning for $89. Interesting......
You know, that's such an easy game to go to and all, they need to work out some kind of a package deal. I could definitely do the airfare and game tickets, but I wouldn't want to spend a lot on hotel or rental car. If we could get good group rates on at a hotel and work out transportation, that would be fun.
the last time i went there.. the reserve players and fans sat in sections 100-101 next to the Arsenal cannon ( they shoot it off every Rapid goal!! and the 20 to 30 Rapids fan sat in 115-116...
No the trick question is where do the home supporter's sit? Answer, they don't have any home supporters.
