While wallowing in my post match joy, I started to salivate on what the line-up will look like when everyone is back and healthy...then I realized how much talent will be on Arsenal's bench. Here's what I came up with. Any other comments are appreciated...

    Seaman
    Lauren, Campbell, Keown, A. Cole
    Ljundberg, Silva, Viera, Pires
    Bergkamp, Henry

Now, this will leave us with Taylor, Van Bronckhorst, Wiltord, Cygan, and Kanu on the bench. Or does Wiltord get the nod over DB10? Toure on the subs bench instead of Kanu? Where does Edu fit in? And what to do with Jeffers and Pennant?

Needless to say, we may not have as many "name" players as Real Madrid and some other big clubs, but I'll take that squad against anyone, any day. The only short coming might be Seaman, as his subtle lapses seem to be coming more often since the World Cup.

This would be my first choice line-up. But how about this for a Worthington Cup team...

    Taylor
    Luzhny, Toure, Upson, van Bronckhorst
    Pennant, Parlour, Edu, Wiltord
    Kanu, Jeffers

The phrase "Strength in depth" immediately springs to mind.

Michaec, calling a Worthington Cup win? No one takes it seriously but with these kind of players on the pitch Id say we could win it with minmal effort.

Not saying they'd win it, but I'd expect them to get to the quarters or semis with a reasonable draw.
