I was thinking it might be AEW, but there are no Wednesdays in that schedule. The only other things are that the NHL and NBA playoffs push well into June a lot of times and that Tuesday nights are when TBS shows MLB during the summer. The June 3 and June 10 games are being played during schedule MLB on TBS broadcasts.
Starting tomorrow you have to be a Standard or Premium subscriber to still get sports on Max. The ad-supported tier will no longer have them available. I get the Standard plan free with my AT&T fiber internet.
Max Will Keep Offering Live Sports & News to Standard and Premium Subscribers at No Additional Cost What am I missing?
Oh duh. Ha. I'm on the same plan as you. It'd be nice to have the option to upgrade to 4K, but I don't really mind that much.

https://www.engadget.com/entertainm...rges-on-all-subscription-plans-195228707.html Max now wants $8/mo for extra members outside of the primary household. There are a few Netflix loopholes. I'd imagine someone has already found a loophole for Max.

https://www.ussoccer.com/all-matches Is it just on my device where the TV/radio logos are on two different lines? If you're gonna push everything to two lines, I'd either go: English-language TV, Spanish-language TV English-language radio, Spanish-language radio Line 1: (TNT, TruTV, Max, Universo, Peacock) Line 2: (Radio options) OR English-language TV, English-language radio Spanish-language TV, Spanish-language radio Line 1: (TBS, Max, English-language radio options) Line 2: (Universo, Peacock, Spanish-language radio)
Oh, this isn't good...but could be worse: TNT went to a split-screen in the 67th minute of the USWNT-Jamaica game in order to show a commercial approximately :15 long. It was during a sub, so obviously nothing was missed, but still.
I can't say I have any interest in the club world cup. Nor do I expect to watch much beyond Dortmund's games. And don't know if I will even bother with those. When I first got a satellite dish 25 years ago, I watched as much football as I could. But the bloating of the football calendar with more quantity and less quality has shifted how I watch. Anyway, it's interesting that DAZN has decided to use US-based announcers for this one instead of going with the world feed. Or at least that seems to be the case for the games that air on both TNT/TBS/Tru and DAZN.
Soccer on Setanta Pub Channel or Fox Sports World had that underground feel that it doesn't have when it's many of the same teams on Peacock or ESPN2.
I caught some of the Bayern v Auckland match and it appeared to be the international feed. My disappointment is with the fact they only allow replay access if you pay $30. Forget that. I’m likely to just stick with the matches they show on Univision that I can record.
The free service does allow you to watch from the start while the game (and the postgame feed) is underway so you can still at least watch on at least a 2-hour or so delay.
This isn't about the tv coverage per se, but Good God!, what is the deal with the NBA - style introduction of each player individually at the beginning of the match? How ridiculous.
Another good thing of this era? Youth NT games on TV. In the modern era, ESPN+ almost never would have had this game. This Saturday, the next generation of stars takes the field as the U.S. Under-17 Women’s National Team faces Japan in Kansas City. This match is more than a friendly — it’s part of The U.S. Way. The U.S. Way works in partnership between the club and National Team environments to cultivate the next generation of talent. Experience on the U-17 team is a vital step for our women in the pathway to the senior National Team. It’s a collaborative effort between clubs and U.S. Soccer to give young players opportunities to grow, compete, and develop in elite environments that prepare them for the international stage. The U-17 WNT represents the future of U.S. Soccer — and we’re just getting started. Don’t miss the opportunity to watch them in action on Max, Telemundo Deportes Facebook and YouTube at 6:30 pm CT. (The YouTube link will be in Spanish.)
HBO Max is back. Let's see how long it takes for US Soccer's web people to update the logos. https://www.ussoccer.com/all-matches
And we just got two more announced for the USMNT: USMNT vs Ecuador Friday, 10/10 at 8:30pm ET. Q2 Stadium, Austin, TX TNT, Trutv, HBO Max, Universo, Peacock, Westwood One Sports, 1FDP USMNT vs Australia Tuesday, 10/14 at 9pm ET Dick's Sporting Goods Park, Commerce City, CO TNT, HBO Max, Universo, Peacock, Westwood One Sports, 1FDP There are currently four USMNT games scheduled. As far as I can tell: 1) All four are on TNT, HBO Max, Universo, Peacock, Westwood One Sports and 1FDP. 2) The next two are also on Telemundo. 3) The Ecuador game is not on Telemundo, but is on Trutv. I like the consistency and the number of outlets showing the games.
