It's been like that for quite a while. Google isn't going to change all of its algorithms just to get rid of this. #2 search result is Jimmy Carter and #3 is michaelmoore.com, followed by lots of links telling why these results occur.
There's nothing to fix. Nothing was hacked. The google algorithm, which studies millions of variables to create a hiearchy for any particular search, is saying that the most useful result for the search of the term "miserable failure" is that bio. Makes sense to me.
