I got the espresso machine. Had to order it cause they didn't have it in the store. Can't wait for it. I'm pumped. Going to have to wait on a special vodka, cause my buddy from work canceled his trip to Latvia. I was suppose to go with him. Says he is going in Nov. If I can go, I will. If not, I'm going to have him bring a couple bottles back for me. He's talked it up, so I need to try it.

Looks like our coffee machine at home i think we got a saecco. this is a cool thread. i've never smoke a cigar but if i did i'd be chatting about gambling with my best mates in his backyard talking about the existence of the earth and how we create paradigms for the future, while having jim beam and coke, playing scoppa, with cheese and salami on the side and my zio's vino.

GMangs you ever tasted victoria bitter and carlton draught?

I'm 18 and it's one thing i love is my grog(beer) and hard alcohol.

I dont drink alcohol as my parents dont like me drinking but my zio always eggs me on. Typical calabrese.

I love vodka. Rum and brandy all that sort of stuff is awful to me.

I love vodka, abc shots are good, I love peroni its a kickback beer on the coach sorta drunk.

Alcohol is the best because it is a liquid that sends you on an expiditional adventure

My phone doesn't want to send emails or I'd have another post. Going to have to just use my camera from now on. I need to figure out what watch I want to get for when I get married. Have a few ideas, but I have to narrow it down. Lots of cool stuff out there.

Never had them. I'll have to look in the import section next time I get to the store. I haven't started driving again yet. Not in any rush. Sitting around the house, has helped me save some money. My uncle and I found Moretti La Rossa in a six pack pretty cheap. We got it to try and liked it a lot. Was at Sam's Club yesterday for the first time in a long time and was checking out all the alcohol they have. That a lone would be worth the membership. Think I'm going to get my own membership this weekend. It's like a Costco, same thing.

This is the vodka my buddy from Latvia was talking about. I never heard or saw it before he talked about it. He claims you can't get it here and it's one of the best he ever had. I haven't tried looking for it though.

Pre tint pic. It is all blacked out now, even windshield. If I was down in your area, I'd get a Ute and do some engine work to it. Shocked they haven't brought it up here yet as the El Camino.

LoL, don't get a car to get chicks. Buy a used car that is in good condition. That's an 06. I got it before the 07's came out cause they mark down the leftovers. Only a few cars I would buy new. Got it for 42k before taxes and fees. Then modded the crap out of it at a local shop. It's a monster.

From last week, Trinidad Robusto T and Dogfish Chateau Jiahu, a beer from their ancient brew series from China. When I first got the Trinidad, I didn't really like them much. I let them sit for a long time and they got much better, still have a decent amount left from the box. Not very expensive, but not cheap either, about $15. It's the only Trinidad that I have bought and smoked so far. I need to get some of their other cigars to try. The Jiahu is a little weird, but I like it for a change. I have had it several times. Pretty good beer for a warm day. You can taste the honey and fruits, mostly the grape, I have no idea what a hawthorn fruit is and haven't looked it up, pretty sweet beer, but not a girly beer. Even though it does have a chick with a tramp stamp on the label. Usually goes for about $12 if you can find it, limited release when it comes out. It's 10% alcohol. Only thing I was missing was a small Asian girl for a happy ending. Maybe next time?

Broke out some of the good stuff yesterday for a little celebration. Had a doctor appointment in Philly. Only have to have a few blood tests done, nothing else. Still can't find anything wrong. It's good and bad. Good cause I'm fine. Bad cause they can't find what caused the clot either time. So, I went with these guys.

Pretty sure I already mentioned the port before. Wine guy at a local place, Mike, suggested it. Goes for $30 something. Well worth it if you like port. It's from 2000, but it gets aged for four years and was bottled in 04, 20% alcohol.

Finally got to smoke the Cohiba 1966. It was Cigar Aficionado's #2 cigar from last year. Probably would have been #1 if it wasn't for the price, usually at least $50 a stick, that is what I got them for. Some places could be more.

I would have had my first one in London last year when I was there for the Milan/Arsenal game, but it was raining the day I left and I wasn't going to sit outside for at least two hours. After I got to the airport and cashed out my Oyster card, everything cleared up. Was too late to go back then. Then I found them his fall on the site I order from. I had to get them. My uncle and I were going to either go to the new casino in AC, Revel or smoke them after we did our taxes, but Sandy messed our cigar shop up down by where we smoke after doing our taxes. I had also just gotten out of the hospital a few weeks before, so I wasn't really wanting to smoke yet.

So, yesterday was the day. I smoked it for a little over two hours and drank about half the bottle of port. All I have to say is it is the best cigar I have ever had, by far. If you can get one, try it. I have nine more left, well eight since my uncle wants one. Going to try to age them longer. Maybe smoke one once a year and see how they do with age. It burned almost perfect. Only needed a touch up once or twice towards the end. This guy can give you a more detailed review. Only thing I didn't agree with was any sort of harshness. I had none of that. Mine have sat for awhile now though.

I remember when I first got the box and took one out to smell it. It was great, very strong smell. Like no other cigar I have had. The wine guy, Mike has a saying that my uncle and I have adopted. When something is too good to describe he calls it "Angel Pussy." The Cohiba 1966 is Angel Pussy for sure, no doubt about it.

LoL, far from the high life, but I know how to relax and enjoy myself. That cigar will go for anywhere between $40-$80 depending on the shop. I got mine for $50 a piece. I wouldn't suggest that for your first cigar. No idea what the shops are like down there, but I'd say find a good place and get something cheaper, like a Partagas Serie D #4. All the cigars will be different. You might not like Partagas. Cigars are just like wine. I'd try a Montecristo No.2 also. They shouldn't be too expensive. Also a Bolivar, they are very good. Then you just have to see which you like best and do some homework. My uncle and I should be putting an order in soon. I'm going to pick up some good stuff. Will probably put it in tomorrow or Monday. Tried to get my one buddy to split a fe boxes so we could try some new things, but he wants to wait. I hate waiting. I get like a kid in a candy store when I log on to the site and start looking around. Will do the same when me and my girl go to the store after this Tottenham game.

Had to finish off the port, so I brought out a Partagas Serie E #2, yesterday. I was never sure how it was rated, so I looked it up on Cigar Aficionado. Looks like they rated it a 93 in three reviews and it was #13 for last year.

    CA says this about it...

Cuba’s best-selling premium cigar is a robusto, the Partagás Serie D No. 4, with its distinctive red and gold band. Embracing the worldwide trend toward fatter cigars, Cuba introduced a longer, plumped-up version of the D4 in late 2011 called the Partagás Serie E No. 2. Not only is the E2 the fattest parejo in the Cuban Partagás line, it’s a dynamite cigar. Showing floral notes and a cedary sweetness, the cigars are balanced and elegant, with a long finish smacking of cocoa powder.

I always said it was a bigger D to my uncle and it really is. He smoked one yesterday also. I have one left, but might buy another five when I do my order. Smoked it for a little over an hour an a half.
