Hamatachi is indeed genius: "pigs are cute," he wisely proclaimed once. personally, i think he and skipshady are BS's funniest. and you, sir, ain't so shabby yer DAMN self! :)
I hope Hama posts here soon. we need his inscrutable wisdom...perhaps now more than ever. help us, Hama, help us.
if i can dig up any other words of genius he's posted, i'll bring 'em over here.

"we are not interested in german soccer although their technology may be notable as myself already consider buying a silver beetle. maybe ballack can compete with nakata and nakamura but the rest of them won't even match with our j2 players.

as for portugal, none of your players are notable."

"i just played winning eleven 6 and beat portugal 4-0 with japan. how do you explain this? i think the game is made pretty acurate."

"since portugal and serbia & montenegro run away, we have schedule matchs with tunisia and nigeria in june and august. both worth and stronger opponents than portugal. suck your thumb and watch us thrash them."

    Hamatachi truly is a genius.

On why Japan's U-22 only beat Myanmar 3-0:
"we were not interested in humiliating our asian friends. it was just like the recent argentina vs libya friendly. myanmar was actually not u-22. they were u-20 and including the subs they had 5 players under 17 on the picth. they weren't pro neither. they're whole bunch of public workers. how can we possibly humiliate such a young pretty boys? it's cruel. the ultimate objective of mighty japan is to humiliate whoever act arrogant and call themselves "powerhouse". while we encourage those who do their best to show their sincere interests toward soccer we shall bring justice to all those who pretend like they are some sort of god and believe they are the only ones worth enjoying soccer. we will humiliate them by beating exactly the same score 3-0 or more and treat them same as myanmar"

One of my favourites, from the "New Forums" subforum of "Suggestions and Announcements"

i love cats. in my entire life until i left japan, i had never lived a day without cats. i had dogs, birds, and many other species as well. wouldn't it nice to discuss the world's most beautiful sports while we also discuss our lovely pets? would you please at least consider my little request?

    love,

    hamatachi

Hamatachi is baited into waxing poetic on possible Canadian battle strategy vs. the US.

i think canada can beat the u.s. because with so many natural fortresses, you have plenty of place to hide until us army's rations run out you dumb ************ sick canadian jerk

That shit happens to me when I eat sunflower seeds and chew them instead of spitting out the shells. Ouch indeed.
