Good news today about Michael Bradley. He is not perfect but who is? He has been a great captain and I am glad that he is staying put.
Bad news today. He's gonna have surgery over an ankle injury sustained in MLS cup final. May be out four months.
An article from MLS: https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2020...ndergo-ankle-surgery-could-be-out-four-months As someone who was hoping Fraser would get more playing time, there is a silver lining to this. And based on his recent national team performances I think Fraser would do well as a Bradley-esque midfield general.
Fraser will have big shoes to fill, though Bradley doesn''t cover as much ground and is a little slower pace wise, his ability on the ball to pick out a pass and keep the play moving forward really makes us tick so it is going to be a big loss. I also seen on the internet Altidore was moaning about the medical staff not treating it correct and was at fault for this outcome.
