I'll be going thru Oneonta on my way to Bingo to visit sis-in law. Where is this travesty. Oh...wait...you were incapacitated?
I don't feel qualified to have an opinion. But why should that stop me? Looks/sounds gross, but that also describes pork rinds, which I love. I will sojourn in the place of cold cheese pizza and expand my mind!
The estimated total world production for pineapples in 2022 was 29,361,138 metric tons. AI Overview In 2022, the global pizza market had an estimated sales volume of over 2.4 million ton!
Produce Pete said don't yank out the leaves from a pineapple to see if they're fresh. So we made pina coladas last weekend & this is what I sent to the Mrs. She didn't get the joke.
For anyone who is celiac, or has a loved one who is, a visit to Vigo, Spain should be on the list of places to visit. An amazing selection and variety of gluten free items in the El Corte Ingles supermarket, basically three small aisles worth as well as a refrigerated section for gf pastry shells, chicken fingers, etc, and the 100% gluten free bakery a few blocks away is a rare treat (especially the "casa" baguette). I'm sure the sight-seeing is nice here too, but I'm too busy shoving my face full to notice anything other than the covered walking ramps/escalators they have between the road lanes to make it easier to walk up the hill to El Corte Ingles.
I never undestood the cooking wine thing. Unless you are going to cook a really big meal, you get leftover wine that you can enjoy during food prep. There are good cheap wines for that that are not in the "cooking wine" category. I only tried cooking wine once, and that was enough.
In terms of tonnage, Vigo is the largest fishing port in Europe, if not the world. Seafood is also gluten-free
Salt is added to cooking wine, up to 5%. They say it's to "preserve" the product. but the reason is for folks to not drink it. I learned the hard way when I was 12
You agonna stuffa yo big mouth with somea deli meats when back on the Dirty Side? Would you pay $27 for this sandwich at Katz’s Deli in NYC? pic.twitter.com/RkwUMVg5t5— Republicans against Trump (@RpsAgainstTrump) May 29, 2025
"TACO" is an acronym for Trump Always Chickens Out, i.e. has no follow-through on anything he does or says. This fact isn't news, but the acronym, coined by financial traders to describe the yo-yo effect of all his proclamations, is hysterical because of a photo of him ages ago eating a taco bowl and looking ridiculous and saying he loves "the Hispanics." Which for many Latinos is insulting and setting that aside is extremely awkward. Hope that helps...
When I went to the Carnegie Deli many decades ago my boss ordered a pastrami sandwich. It looked exactly like that, except the slices of bread were half as thin. It was comical.
