I've no interest in watching the debate. My mind is made up. Like watching a judged Olympic event, it's not a sport and I have little interest in the result. I'm glad I have a crappy USMNT game in a half empty stadium to distract me.
Oh yeah...my mind is made up too but for me it's literally a train crash and I cannot even believe it's as close as it is. I find it mystifying and frightening like I'm living in the wrong time line or something. I wish I could expect better from my fellow countrymen alas they've disappointed me too many times already.
"I'll have a cup of Jägermiester please." BTW, both teams end the game with 10 players on the field, but Forward Madison advances to the final against the winner of Northern Colorado and Union Omaha.
The Richmond Flying Squirrels vs. the Altoona Curve. There’s a roller coaster in right field instead of bleachers.
Fairly entertaining match between Aston Villa and Everton in the EPL (which sucks). Everton went up 2-0 pretty early. Villa have battled back to tie with 30 minutes to go. Fire "legend" Jack Harrison starts for Everton. Edit: former Fire striker Jhon Duran came on in the 69th minute. Six minutes later he nails a 35 yarder with an amazing curl on the ball and into the corner of the net. That was beautiful. 3-2 Villa 🚨🏴 GOAL | Aston Villa 3-2 Everton | Jhon DuranJHON DURAN HAS JUST SCORED THE GOAL OF THE YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!https://t.co/7Vih2A936L— Tekkers Foot (@tekkersfoot) September 14, 2024 No idea why it is in French. Everton comes back and just smacks the ball off of the cross bar in their attempt to tie.
That's good and made me laugh. I can't even say that the Revs, Cowlumbus, or F*C* Dallas are rivals anymore. No St. Louis, Minnesota, Sporks, or Skyline Chili, let alone Toronto or DC United. As the league expanded, the potential for additional rivals was there, but none materialized and the others just disappeared. I blame he who farts in elevators!
We won’t have a true rival until we get Chicago II. Nobody hates Chicago sports teams as much as Chicagoans.
We should try to have an actual Chicago I team first. There is NO appetite for a second MLS team in Chicago. We barely support one team Absolutely no reason for it.
