Andersen scores the goal called back for Denmark AND commits the handball for the Germany penalty. Quite the emotional tumble.
Can and Füllkrug into the match for Germany Andrich and Gündoğan out of the match. Two strikers for Germany, Havertz and Füllkrug? I thought that was against the laws of modern football?!? I would like to see a run out for Thomas Müller
If he WAS very good, would he be playing for Manchester United? He is only 21. I thought he was a bit older.
Another goal for Germany...called back for offsides. Wait, there is a VAR check. That is a bit weird. Offsides
Euro Round if 16 Day 2 England v. Slovakia 11:00 am Spain v. Georgia 2:00 pm Both on Fox Two of the super big hitters in European football against Spain and England Predictions England snap out of their malaise and destroy Slovakia. 3-0 or more Slovakia played an almost perfect match against Belgium. I don't see them repeating that. On the other hand, England are morons and coached by a moron, so there is a possibility that Slovakia can repeat their Belgium performance. Georgia grind out a result against Spain. More likely: England bores their way into the Quarterfinals and Spain dominate.
3 cards in the first 12 minutes. Sloppy game by England. Slovakia doing well. Edit: like clockwork, 4 yellow cards in 16 minutes (3 for England). At this rate, there will be 22.5 cards shown in the match.
I just sat down 10 minutes ago to watch. This referee is a bit over the edge with the foul calls & bookings. It seems certain one or both teams will finish the game with less than 11. Players win games. Coaches lose games. Referees ruin games. This referee is on his way to doing just that.
Slovakia playing just as the did against Belgium. High tempo Capitalize on the chances. Well deserved goal and lead
Wow, that was awful by England. Slovakia played well and deserve the lead. I am not surprised. Disappointed, not surprised.
Sadly, Southgate lacks the emotion to actually panic. Not that England won't choke, but it won't be because of Southgate panicking. Hey, they actually played a forward pass. Goal for England. Of course, Foden was offsides. 1-0 Slovakia
Oh, that would have been delicious if that 50 meter shot from Slovakia had trickled into the net. Even as England fan, I would have enjoyed it.
60 minutes and no changes for England. It's not like they the Chicago Fire's bench and there are no options on the bench who could make a positive impact. Edit: first substitute coming on for England.
England has looked much better this half. Saka to left back? EDIT: https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakgar...s-slap-down-proves-the-ego-issue-england-has/
