It was a great one. Madison had two goals called back in the first half and Richmond got one in extra time. Madison got them in the end, though.
I tuned in kinda late and the highlights were just that. Lots of drama and the goals were all excellent.

Watching Colorado Springs v. Sacramento USL. I noticed now USL is being marketed as the "USL Championship" which I assume is a nod to England's EFL Championship? I guess I don't remember USL being called that before. Anyway, Sacramento is the only non MLS team left in the final 4 of the Lamar Hunt Open Cup so I thought I'd tune in to check them out and maybe learn something about them. Anyway they are down 2-0 in the 39th.
Got stoned the other night and signed up for a free trial of Paramount+ to watch the new Beavis & Butt-Head movie (it was okay-ish for what it was) and I’m, so that’s where the Red Stars are now! Watching them play NJ/NY Gotham FC and wondering who thought NJ/NY Gotham FC was a good name for a soccer team.
Yes Gotham FC is cool. NY/NJ is most definitely not. Anyone remember the club called Gotham in the 90's? It was on Hubbard, just east of Milwaukee.
