As much as I hate Mbappe, Endrick is kind of the new Mbappe anyway so why bother and a hard no for me but.....

I think within the context of Mbappe would bring enough of a transfer fee that it would fund a whole summer transfer window with multiple new players creating a more competitive overall team, maybe not a bad idea.

Yeah of course....he was just part of the team...but you said many times during the season that if Mbappe isn't in the team we are fighting relegation....so just 1 men matters

If Mbappe didn't score the goals he did, while others missed their chances, we'd be lower than 7th place. That wasn't an opinion, it was reality. The goals were not coming from anywhere else.

He still finished 20+ goals ahead of the next top scorer. Says it all

AT is just the kind of players JM loves. I’m sure he’s actually a guaranteed starter.

Personally I consider clubs that win titles successful, so if the other players score fewer goals than Mbappe but the TEAM scores more then its opponents and WINS TITLES then that’s what I want and just doesn’t seem like it’s happening or will happen with Mbappe.

    Time to sell.

REAL MADRID RETURNS TO THE TERESA HERRERA TOURNAMENT

Real Madrid will play Deportivo La Coruña in the 2026 Teresa Herrera Trophy in August.

Thirteen years later, we return to the oldest preseason tournament.

    A historic event.

    Riazor.
    Deportivo.
    Real Madrid.

The Teresa Herrera Trophy returns with a prestigious lineup for its 81st edition.

Is Rashford worth the price or did he just look better in Barca's system?

I would argue he looked good despite not being fully compatible with their system. I think he is worth the price, not sure how much he is compromising on wages but any player that good with his shots and freekicks (like Alvarez) is a weapon especially in tight big games.

There's some Flick offensive system inflation for sure. Also his finishing was wasteful in some of the games I saw last season.

This is being reported by a credible source? I haven't had the time to check this morning.

Kudos if he didn't insist on getting paid every last cent on the contract unlike some of our other players who left. He hasn't "earned" it so its the decent thing to do. Best of luck to him and i hope he lands in Betis and can have some fun seasons there like Isco. Never hated this guy and he was a good backup for a couple of years, a long time ago. We have to give spots to contributors. For far too long we have had 1-2 roster spots being taken up by players who don't play and don't contribute otherwise.

2 year contract is great, I feel better about this signing now as I want Nico Paz to have a path back.

The RC expires next summer (June 30, 3027) and imo his return has nothing to do with Bernardo.

I don't see him coming back unless one of Güler and Bellingham leave.

It all effects it, where Bernardo fits, whether Arda grows more, where Jude plays, whether Vini stays, whether Endrick makes a dent in the rotation, where Franco goes, whether Fede-Tchou co-exist, where Cama goes, etc..
It’s not just about Paz obviously, it’s about the puzzle and whether Jose can figure it out and not overcomplicate things with new signings that need to gel as well.
