No one is playing these children games with you. Go play that game with the posters you accuse of doing this same thing you've done You don't get to rewrite or walk away from the nonsense you say on here.
He is an active member of the club running for election. How does he not represent us? What he did a best is tampering and at worst would see him or the club in a sane climate sued due to breach of image rights.
So if I post a picture with a Real Madrid Osimhen shirt with the number 9 on my instagram account and say if I was president I would bring him, I should get sued by Galatasaray? lmao
This is why Florentino speaks of the conspiracy against Madrid. Mind you this same AS has shitted on the club with false information for over a decade. Always has false transfers, fake damaging "reports" and blows everything that occurs oit of proportion for maximum damage. The best part about this election is time has really changed. You can't just manipulate people using those shitty papers anymore; they are outdated and not taken seriously. Those old men propping ERLogo up didn't obvious recognize that time has changed and didn't adapt their strategies. The blatant lies, flip flopping as if no one can remember their last statements (RMBS special and ironically from some of the posters defending Riquelme lol!).
If you were a member of a club running for Presidency, yes you could. That is a breach of his image rights contract. You can't work or represent the club in any capacity and do cowboy wild west shit as you like because due to the club's registration and entity it has legal restrictions. Incredible that needs to be explained
He doesn't. Incredible this needs to be explained. Thank god we have this young, non flip flopping guy running the show who knows times have changed and adapted his strategy... as evidenced by the entire Mbappe travesty and the faster than ever revolving door of managers.
A small retail shop in India selling fake Man City jerseys won't even get noticed. Imagine if it's being done by large scale group with social media campaign that has enormous reach. Man City will notice and take action. That's the difference with Hendrix breaking image rights law and what Riquelme is doing.
I don't think they can win because hes not a club official and thats why they havent sued (also because there might actually be a clause and Haaland might have in fact agreed to move). Your unconditional support for Florentino blinds you imo.
There's also the good old "cease and desist" letter to not use names of brands and people associated with Manchester City, I don't think they would sue for damages, but rather as an act of humiliation. On the other hand they know this guy is looking for attention so they know he'd use that to make it an even bigger show. Pathetic.
By the way: Union Berlin created a split scarf for every opponent they faced in the CL when they made it, one half Union, the other half the opponent, limited availability, as something their fans would probably look at and remember the day they played in the CL. The only team that didn't allow fair use of their brand name and logo was real Madrid. So it's funny that it's somebody related to a club this greedy to say like "lol, why u mad" when he's fishing around other people's pond
He is an active member of the club running for Presidency. He is using the rights to another entity against their will for his own individual benefit. This isn't disputable. You can't bend the rules and regulations of the world to your specific mind perspective as you do football discussion on RMBS. You're the guy who is always in legal trouble and trying to use your headcannon rationalization over the actual law of the land.
Maybe it wasn't a direct quote from Riquelme himself, but reports linked to his campaign were claiming that he was trying to hire Kroos. Kroos publicly denied those reports. So the denial wasn't just about some random journalist making things up. Are you suggesting that COPE simply fabricated the story? Riquelme went from "I spoke to Haaland's agent" to publicly teasing a foreign signing announcement. Then Haaland's agent reportedly denied any agreement. At the very least, his campaign massively oversold the situation. 🚨🚨 Enrique Riquelme: "On Wednesday, I will announce the signing of a FOREIGN player for Real Madrid. He is NOT SPANISH." pic.twitter.com/Rje9e4ZEkL— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) May 30, 2026 It's okay if you don't believe them. Even if City's legal threats were just for show, that doesn't change the fact that Haaland's camp reportedly denied having any agreement with Riquelme. More importantly, using Haaland's image in that context created the impression that he was somehow involved with the project, which turned out not to be the case, as both his father and his agent publicly denied those claims. 🚨 BREAKING: Erling Haaland's agent Rafaela Pimienta DIRECTLY called Florentino Perez last night to DENY any agreement with Enrique Riquelme. @marca ☎️ pic.twitter.com/CLUbm1d7JE— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) June 4, 2026 🚨🚨 BREAKING: OFFICIAL STATEMENT BY ERLING HAALAND'S FATHER & AGENT:“All very entertaining but NOT true. And since the financial situation is extremely serious, I'm going to build a holiday resort in Valdebebas, a basketball pavilion and padel courts, forgive half the fee if we don't win the Champions League, sign Rodri and Haaland after paying their release clauses, and also Klopp Y como la situación financiera es gravísima, voy a construir una ciudad de vacaciones en Valdebebas, un pabellón de baloncesto y pistas de pádel, perdonar la mitad de la cuota si no se gana la Champions, fichar a Rodri y Haaland previo pago de la cláusula y también a Klopp. https://t.co/Enyo9QuFOa— Richard Dees (@RichardDees) June 6, 2026 First there were a hundred people earning over a million a year. Then, there were only fifty. And RMTV was supposedly costing the club 45 million a year when it doesn't even reach half that amount. He lies so much I'm starting to doubt his name is Enrique Riquelme. Primero había cien que cobraban más de un millón al año.Después, sólo eran cincuenta.Y RMTV le costaba al club 45 millones al año cuando no llega a la mitad.Miente tanto que empiezo a dudar de que se llame Enrique Riquelme.— Richard Dees (@RichardDees) June 6, 2026
He also mentioned "emergency fees" making up for projects like for improvement of the basketball team, the women's team, new stadiums for them and so on. Sounded a lot like "you guys will just have to pay for it I guess, lol". You can't talk a out stuff like that without details. Same as Florentino and his plan. Very wishy washy.

Either Riquelme has an unlikely secret agreement with Haaland's camp, or he's ready to pi$$ off some millions just for the show.
Selling merchandise with a trademark you don't own is a clear, per se violation, since the entire purpose of a trademark is to show that it is a product produced by the owner of a trademark. Holding up a jersey on TV during a corporate political campaign to emphasize a point about the promise of a future corporate decision is not remotely the same thing. But whatever, this will all be moot after tomorrow.
He just knows he'll lose at this point so it's a circus. Klopp, Haaland, Messi, Guardiola, LeBron James, Taylor Swift playing every week for free. Doesn't matter just throw it out there.
Would all this be illegal if in fact Riquelme did somehow find a way to secure Haaland for next season and had an agreement with haaland bypassing City by the use of a release clause activation?
