This is the most corporate forced by the club apology I have ever seen.

Will take Arteta 5 seconds to reject RM. Arsenal kept him after they finished 7th while RM sack coaches that win multiple CLs after one tough season.

Carva and Camavinga showed bullying Arbeloa works. Sent Jimenez packing to Castilla and Camavinga came on ahead of Pitarch against Bayern unfortunately for us.

its clear they dont respect him .. you think they would do that to Zidane or Carlo, or any other big coach (pep, Kompany, etc).

these players think they can walk over him

Setting the impatience of Perez aside, and setting aside the kindergarten crew in the roster, Arteta is also La Masia.

So yeah, he'd reject you guys before any offer left Perez's lips.

Arteta never played for Barca first team and Real Sociedad is his hometown club so would be like claiming Juan Mata has some great loyalty towards RM.

I guess Vini wasn't so bad after all.

But hey it's funny now. Endless laughing emojis. A few months ago people wanted to hang Vini for disrespecting the manager. Now it's funny when multiple players do it. Calling the manager "a cone" is funny now. Endless laughing emojis. If it was Vini you would be crying about it. If it's Xabi on the receiving end you would be crying about it.

Anyway at least Arbeloa has the balls to bench those players (Asencio, Carreras etc). He's a shit manager like Xabi but at least he has slightly larger balls.

Real Madrid fans right now are like fish that takes every bait that's thrown into the water.

Xabi isn't a shit coach. He's actually won important titles against the odds. He even earned the Leverkusen job by getting Real Sociedad B promoted to 2nd division.

Funny that morons who were raving about Arbeloa couple of months back just because he made Vini happy now calls him shit coach and slyly putting Xabi at that level.

Arbeloa won't get coaching offers anywhere near the level Xabi will once RM sacks him.

Maybe he's a good coach but he's a terrible manager. Big difference. Especially at Madrid.

I don't think you do him any favours by comparing him to a youth manager with 4 months experience.

The reality is both are shit when compared to Don Carlo.

I didn't start the comparison. Rather said how absurd it is to compare Xabi with someone who's won nothing.

Carlo is in a league of his own as far as CL titles are concerned.

Coaches like Armin Veh and Thomas Schaaf have put together impressive Bundesliga teams but they never were on Real Madrid's radar. Germany has been a springboard for coaches like Glasner and Tuchel as well.

It's not that unique of a situation. As soon as Kovac looked good with Frankfurt he immediately became an option for Bayern but it was simply too early.

Clubs do the same thing with players, signing people just out of fomo. Xabi wasn't ready to make the leap yet. If he wouldn't have the kind of name he has as a football player, the next logical step would have been either Bayern, so a domestic level up, or a move to a Premier League club that's in and around the top 6.

Let people develop before your throw them into the fire.

    So let me get this:

Valverde was diagnosed with a concussion by the club and sidelined for 10 to 14 days, then told to jump into a car, drive back to the club house in order to discuss the issue with the club?

So they figured a concussed person should be on the road?

It's not just about driving but the motion/turns, bumps etc. Usually if you're concussed, travel is being limited.

Unless they kind of invented a concussion to keep the two out of each other's way.

I do think some (inc me) are just having a bit of fun with it though, in terms of memes and jokes towards the players and coach. This entire season has been one big joke to the players so we’ll just wait for the season to end, hopefully make some big changes (top to bottom) and come back stronger and hopefully
    More committed next season.

Yeah, definitely, I just think all this play by Play of the situation is very very suspect to say the least.

    Neither.

I think the best outcome to shut it down is to really rethink the Captaincy tradition. No longer base it on seniority of player but rather who deserves it, chosen by the manager or voted by the players.

What a stain on this generation of players to break the club's tradition.

Everything starts at the top, Xabi wasn't the problem and neither was Arbeloa.

ps: Mourinho is going to be a terrible, terrible idea. This is the nuclear option, no quality manager wants this job right now. Club is in shambles.
