It’s a moment he has been waiting for since many years. @relevo
Love Raul but its clear he was waiting on the 1st team job by staying in Castilla for as long as he did when that clearly wasn't going to happen for him. If he's serious about managing, he need to expand his experience.
That's up to him though, Zidane is practically retired from coaching at this point. Everybody has his own plans in mind.
Maybe things have changed, but I believe legal proceedings are in fact on-going in respect of this matter (and related future matters regarding these competitions and how they relate to the EU Charter, relevant competition laws and relevant labour laws). But these things typically take a lot (!) of time, so before a court decision is available, we'll be arguing about the FIFA Club World Cup 2029 edition.
How time flies... It is already 7 years from winning it 3 times in a row and I remember it as it was yesterday.
Xabi Alonso is already “in Valdebebas”. The coach is already preparing for the Club World Cup, and his first action was to call Carlo and Davide Ancelotti. @Rodra10_97 @AlfredoMatillaG 1925803278119436609 is not a valid tweet id Xabi Alonso has already spoken to Carlo Ancelotti and Davide Ancelotti. They discussed how to re-energise the players and start from scratch after a difficult campaign. @Rodra10_97 @AlfredoMatillaG 1925803473678770285 is not a valid tweet id
They're saying he rejected multiple offers hoping that he'd get a chance to coach the first team. That's rough.
Eder Militão is training with the team for the first time! 1925849329014604104 is not a valid tweet id
Two years without him. Everyone's expectations are down in the mud with him right now. Curious to see if Militao can recover to a top level, even if it takes him another year of minutes to get back to his best
I’m not optimistic unfortunately. Half of being an athlete is mental. After two grueling injuries he’s probably going to have in the back of his mind when the next one is coming. I hope I’m wrong though.
It's a good thing that at best, he could be the 4th CB behind Rudi, Huijsen and Asensio. If he can return to any form and reliability, it will be a bonus in my opinion.
Jürgen Klopp takes out a signed Trent Alexander-Arnold shirt and defends him in Liverpool: “I’m not saying don’t be disappointed he’s leaving (to Madrid) but don’t forget what he’s done for the club. I heard the booing & switched off my TV. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. This isn’t us.” 1926033514241089949 is not a valid tweet id Tuchel about Trent: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c0k3zvrm6epo
I think for at least this upcoming season, he should be 4th CB. No need to rush and get him on the field quickly.
