The big clubs enter the cdr in the knockout rounds now. Used to be a good test platform for young players when it was longer.

Boneheaded move from Sir Bobby there. Red clear as day all day.

Not the first time he kicks a player off the ball like that - I recall him doing something similar with us last year.

Another reason why the loan move was good. Has a lot of growing up to do and some flaws to iron out. Easier to do at a place like Lyon than at Real Madrid.

This might turn out to be one of the best moves we did this year...i.e - sending him to finishing school.

There's a good argument for Franco to do the same next season depending on our summer moves.

These are very very talented players that took too big of a step coming straight here. With some additional development they can become excellent players for us in the future.

Just when some people start to blindly overrate Endrick, this happens, lol.

I think it was hector who said Bobby has an underlying mean streak and was prone to these type of situations when playing in Brazil
    At Palmeiras.

he may never learn and this is just who he is.

I am a big believer in his talent and quality. But he really needs to cut that stuff out of his game, as this isn't the first time. Otherwise, whatever his quality, he won't have a future at Real Madrid. Hope he learns from this.

The Disciplinary Commission rescind Endrick's red card and downgrade it to a 2nd yellow, thereby suspending him only 1 game. Red clear as day huh

Just because Bobby got away with it, doesn’t mean it wasn’t a clear red. Kicking the back of the leg is a red, he was fortunate it was downgraded.

Almost scored on a nice bicycle kick too. Goalie got a finger tip on it.

He missed a one v one after going through 4 players as well, shame about the miss but he’s been looking very active.

His finishing, for his age especially, is a strong point generally.

He can’t miss the WC with this form.

4x4, you don't think he is worth bringing back? Why so?

Is it good player but wrong profile for what we need or ?

His timing is completely off. Age wise he's playing in positions that are occupied by players with personal aspirations, for years and years to come. Realistically there's nothing there for him unless the club moves a superstar off the team, but bringing Endrick back and saying "hes the Vinicius replacement" brings insane pressure on him.

I personally don't see the kind of talent that rules the game right now, as Miguel Torres said, Madrid invested big into athletic players at a time where a large toolbox and skill is higher on the requirement list.

Going back to the "tape" as we say, I found somebody like Joao Felix so much more impressive, and that didn't really work out either. Endrick arrived as a supertalent, a star in the making. It's hard to put the paste back into the tube now and pretend like he's just a random talented kid.

Vinicius was also put under big pressure as the Ronaldo replacement but he lived up to the tag, as briefly as he did. I can see Endrick as the Vinicius replacement if he increases his IQ and hustle. Playing for Lyon should help with this. The biggest problem is that he would also not be a good fit next to Mbappe as a 9.

Complete rewriting of history, Vinicius wasn't supposed to be Ronaldo's replacement, that was supposed to be Hazard who flopped so hard he created a floor so soft for Vinicius to land on that he eventually ended up helping him in reducing pressure.

Vini got a year with plenty of playing time with club only signing Mariano after selling Ronaldo. Endrick arrived in the same summer as Mbappe which meant very limited playing time.

I can see Florentino bringing back Endrick for next summer while keeping Vini as well. But Paz is more likely to take 3rd starting spot in attack than Endrick.
