She also bowled over 1/3 of England's overs, including back to back sessions unchanged in India's second innings.
T20 series whitewash ✅Now onto the ODIs, and we start in Birmingham!— England Cricket (@englandcricket) July 13, 2026
Bowled out for 258 in the cricket. From 107-6 that’s a good result but in terms of winning the match less so.
In fact I'd question whether someone who averages 23 with the bat and 42 with the ball should be anywhere near the team. If he can get his bowling to his T20 levels then he's a number 8 bat.
Better day so far in the cricket with India all out 233 in 44 overs. Hopefully they can chase that down.
Brook not helping his test captaincy chances there. Can see it being Duckett by default if Root doesn’t want it.
Root carrying the team again. His five scores this year - 61, 75, 111*, 76*, 88* and still going. Since coming back into the side in early 2025 he's averaging 76 with 4 (could soon be 5) centuries in 20 games and has passed 50 in 12 of them.

Andy Flower turns down the test job. Looks like it might be Justin Langer. A lot of Aussies are happy if it is! Which is not a good thing.

We have to cut out these silly yellow cards which seems embedded in our system but we got there in the end which was good and just would have been a major blow to lose to the bitter Argies twice in a week.
Not sure what you expected, but it was a very good batting pitch and they have a very strong batting line up in this format.
