Zlatan and Lukaku get one-game ban each but Serie A could take further action re discrimination.— Simon Stone (@sistoney67) January 29, 2021
Zlatan isnt racist, but he said something racist. If you really want to stamp out this behavior, you do have to come down hard on Zlatan. No not the monkey/donkey bs, but the voodoo crap. During these times it was really stupid of Zlatan to say that.
I thought it was weird nobody was really calling that out in the press. People were saying it was a reference to what the Everton chairman said about why he wanted to leave for Chelsea?
ah. perhaps. i thought i read something saying they both got it from the actual incident itself. i will look into it a bit more

Anyone watch the interview of Ravel Morrison with Rio and Howson? I've been hard on Ravel, as I think he's one of the biggest wastes of talent to ever come through our club. But in this interview, the guy look genuinely defeated and heartbroken about how his career as gone. At one point he says something along the lines of ...if I could go back to the beginning of my career, I'd do 90% of things differently.
There always was going to be a moment in Morrison's life when he was going to reflect on his football career and realize that he really blew it and wasted what was a great opportunity, only a few could even dream of. At 28, when he's supposed to be in his prime and having exhausted chance after chance, it stands to reason he feels some regret for how his career went. The key now for him is not letting these feelings consume him too much and make a bad thing even worse. What's done is done and he needs to focus on what he has ahead of him, whether it's in football or otherwise. In the grand scheme, he's still very young and can still make a pretty good life for himself, if only he cares to try. But it is a shame that he never really came close to fulfilling his talent once he left England the first time. He should be a superstar now: he's not even a journeyman in the Prem or even the Championship, which arguably should be the minimum for him. His story really should be used as a cautionary tale for any young talent who is not serious about his potential or tends to take it all for granted...
