The whole team was too slow, too weak, and to my surprise technically awful. Poor passing all match long. they deserved to lose. Whether this is the manager's fault, I cannot say. One thing is for sure, Wiegman made the right choice to move on as she has far better players in this England team.

too many unforced errors by the Dutch and no good MF passing. they deserved to exit this tournament. Groenen is just poor these days. Roord had maybe two touches the whole time she played. Team needs a complete reboot and other countries are producing lots of talent. It may just be that the women will be just like the men's team on only have a single Euro title to look at.
I think it was not a good move to cancel the BeneLeague about a decade ago (two years before the euro title). Someone as Miedema made her name in that league.
