So far a good point to Madrid: Saviola will not be there!
Real Madrid has the big spanish derby just a few days before the second clash with Manchester United, so Madrid should take so much care about not injurie any of their players playing against Barcelona!. Still, no information if Figo will be facing Barcelona again, this time in Bernabeu and not in Nou Camp, so there will not be a Barcelona´s public all over the stadium. But I think they should take care, Figo and Ronaldo (Will he be there this time?), in order to be fine at Old Trafford.
Let´s see, on April 19, the Spanish duel...

    Ronaldo is waiting

Ronaldo is waiting to face Barca to score then a goal. Ronaldo said he will celebrate if he score that goal against Barca, his ex-team. He played for Barcelona a season but now his responsability is the white team Madrid.
    Ronaldo is challenging Barca.
Ronaldo suffered a wound in his knee but it wasn´t nothing more than a wound.
About Saviola´s rumours, what I know is that Real Madrid´s president is the one who is pulling the strings in Spanish Federation to give Saviola´s permission to play in Bernabeu.
There´s nothing for sure if Saviola finally will play in the derby.

Florentino Perez finally said Saviola will be with Barcelona at Bernabeu.
Also gave his comments about the Beckham unstoppables rumours: The Beckham place is busy in Madrid, he´s a good player but we already has his place busy.

For Figo Nou Camp´s incidents are in the past, still don´t know why Nou Camp wasn´t closed, but again it was a shame for them and not for Madrid. He will play against Barcelona wherever Madrid needs him.

Awww c'mon Ray, he's the last of a dying breed. And he IS an equal-opportunity offender:
"pero todo el mundo sabe que los ingleses cuando salen fuera son mediocres. No sé los motivos, pero es la realidad."

But tell us Hristo, how do you really feel?

Aznar is the Spanish prime minister, what he probably means is that Real Madrid is the 'team of the government' or something or other.

Aznar also happens to be a fan of Real Madrid. Every once in a while, the Spanish sporting press will talk with Spanish celebrities and famous types, usually around the time of el Clasico, finding out whether they are blanco or azulgrana.

Others like tennis star Arantxa Sanchez Vicario (blanco), Carlos Moya (azulgrana), or cyclist Miguel Indurain (don't remember, but he's basque, so I'm thinking he's probably for Athletic or Real Sociedad, even Alaves before Real Madrid or Barca.) There were others, but they are mostly famous inside Spain and their news doesn't make it all the way across the pond.

Well, GOD really likes Barca, but he did say he had a little love for Real Madrid, not because of the White shirt, but because he likes to watch Zezou,Ronaldo, and Raul. He said he used to love Figo, but he likes to break little kids hearts.

¿Maybe they should rest Raul so he can play on wednesday?

Put up Guti, Morientes or Portillo instead..and only use Raul if he's needed. No point in letting him play, getting injured, and then not be able this game and next week against Manchester.

I wouldn't play Raul, but everyone knows he will do everything to play the game. BTW, Saviola won't play.

I agree with the above but I think Raul may come on as a sub if Madrid needs a goal. Otherwise the prudent thing to do would be to start Guti in his place. Good news that Saviola won't play!

I agree with Real keeping on the bench some of their important player, as Raul, they have Manchester United so close. Also think for many Madrilistas is more importan to win Barca.
Really hope Saviola won´t play! After all is not legal to let him play, don´t know why Real was saying about anulating his second yellow card.

    Expectations!

A complete coverage is doing ESPN, Real Madrid´s players are expecting a tough game where people in Bernabeu should be very hostile due to the incidents with Madrid last match. Real Madrid is saying the atmosphere in Bernabeu is hostile, but they are used to hostility in this Super Derby against Barcelona.
Barcelona is in trouble, they are saying about the problem with Nou Camp, still the stadium is in demand to be closed, because they have to be punished.
Overmars and Luis Enrique were fighting in one of the training season, the atmosphere in Barcelona is hostile.
Minutes to start the Super Derby!

Luis Enrique, the ex-Madrilista, is the one to suply Saviola.
Ronaldo, the ex-Barcelonista, was the one to score the first Madrid goal.
Luis Enrique, the ex-Madrilista, was the one to score the first goal of Barca.
A boxing fight between Zidane, Puyol, Motta,Makelele, Figo, Barcelonista and Madrilistas is the shamy note of the match so far.

The second half, Barcelona dominated, also Real Madrid has good chances to goal. 8 yellow card and one red card for Salgado.
The Bernabeu´s public (90.000 people, 89% of Madrilistas) gave the example and there wasn´t any incident.
The game was equal, both teams played equal, Real lost a little bit control after Luis Enrique´s goal and there was a draw.
