Cleaned myself out yesterday. We’ll see if I eat today.

All in all, I'm happy that there's UCL today, and I'll even try to watch a replay of the Madrid-Milan game when I get home, to not think too much about the election until 8 or 9 pm.

The correct term is "taking a Trump."

(Tip of the hat to Kinky Friedman, who coined the term "taking a Nixon.")

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
    Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain
    Still remains :cautious:

I've gained 15 pounds since last November. Now I know why. It was the election campaign.

10.5 / 11 personally. That story that Trump's people were freaking out because of Trump's behavior the last day? I'm pretty sure the operatives are significantly over-estimating the motivation and the intelligence of the people they've been grifting these past nine years.

On Tuesdays and Fridays, I only eat one meal after 6:00.

But I do push ups every hour (today it's 20 "Mike Tyson pushups" -- eight rounds down, two to go)

I need to get on this regimen. My sweat stinks though. That's why I hate exercising indoors.

I'm not full of doom or despair, but can I join the club for being pissed off at several of my Black friends and a handful of White ones who have posted a meme saying "Jesus will still be on the throne tomorrow like He was yesterday..."? It's been pretty clear since at least 1619 that whatever deity is running things (if any) has left certain segments of humanity to their own devices as far as this realm is concerned.

If you're Black, and you've prayed for anything more than the right to draw the next breath, your prayers wrt your lifespan probably aren't getting answered.
