As a professional, I will say the inflation point is in a bad place because the legs would push the balloon away from the inflation station. Normally balloons like this would have the inflation point on the side. But there has to be some kind of tag dropping between the legs to attach the string to because attaching it anywhere else would tilt the balloon at an angle. We don't have this particular balloon, but we do have others with pseudopenises. It's just the nature of balloons with symmetric figures with legs.

 

That's what great about this forum. You have lawyers and historians and experts in mylar balloons.
