Our local suburban miss scored #4. It makes sense that Pitchfork loves her -- impeccable indie credentials, as she was absolutely nobody before the album appeared and went back to that status shortly thereafter.
Pffff. Atliens way too low. Breeders way too high. Also, c'mon! I love Silver Jews, but higher than Slanted.. and Crooked Rain? N'ah. This list is meant to troll ---- as most lists are.
After coming off 3 different antibiotics that was a good read. I got my first penicillin ointment on a wound on my shin where someone’s bike spoke went up after a multiple crash. It wasn’t healing but my buddy’s mom had this paste in a small jar. Cleaned it right up, I still have the scar to remind me after almost 70 years.
I don't know why I read it because I was never "with it" with music, but I did and then I noticed something I have, and then another, and then another, and I was starting to think maybe I was with it after all. But I do not own anything higher than 133.

Probably safe for work, but use caution. bella hadid starring in one of the biggest fashion moments at the coperni show, wearing a spray painted dress!!!!! the whole process is sickening to watch ☆ pic.twitter.com/dsdvcf1Btz— DUDA (@saintdemie) September 30, 2022 Why are you posting a tweet/video of Bella Hadid being spray painted and then walking the runway in some fashion show, you ask? Because is a spray-on dress. pic.twitter.com/nlxDHOP2EN— Kris Embers (@KrisEmbers) September 30, 2022 I'm not going to show the whole process as she starts off topless, but it is ********ing amazing.
Spoken like someone from Goober Acres Alabama. If you grew up in SoCal like I did, you might think differently about it. Nah, you'd still hate it.
Ya get all the way up K2 and you have to wait on line like you're at the DMV K2, Bottleneck traverse. This section of the climb is INSANE. You spend several hours underneath a giant ice cliff in an exposed position at 8200m+, 1/3 normal oxygen levels & knowledge that many people slipped and fallen off from here. Holy shit. That and the queues up Everest are just ridiculous. it used to be an event if a pair or small team summited. I still have my book (among other Himalayan climbs) of Messner and Habeler’s Oxygen free climb. When it was considered an event. “On 8 May 1978 Reinhold Messner and Peter Habeler became the first to climb Mount Everest (8848m) without supplemental oxygen. The barrier-breaking undertaking deemed impossible that forever changed Himalayan mountaineering and raised the bar for all future ascents.” I guess that last sentence was way, way off. Nowdays a couple of visits to your local gym on the stairmaster and a lot of money will get you in/on line to the top of the world.
It’s like bacon in that respect, taste can’t match the smell. And yet despite that, both still taste fantastic.
In case y'all didn't know, Credit Suisse is imploding. So they decided to install a new Chairman of the Board. Credit Suisse Chairman’s last name is literally Lehmann. You can’t make this shit up 😂 pic.twitter.com/9m2H7ZW4kR— Stock Talk (@stocktalkweekly) October 2, 2022 Oh, brother.
