California hiking post #2384 I recently visited my parents in Redwood City and we went hiking at the nearby Edgewood Park. Edgewood is known for wildflowers, and while I think I was a week or two early for the peak, there were still lots when I went. All the hillsides were painted in yellows and purples. Lots of deer around.
For a mere $4399.99 one can get their very own Lionel Big Boy Super Set. Comes with all the bells and whistles.
@argentine soccer fan I noticed that in the Argentine papers the trashing of Ajax by Feyenoord was reported widely. Was that because Rulli was in the goal? Boy, was he mad at his team mates, yelling in the break about lack of passion and pride. In the second half he was foaming from his mouth so to speak to the defenders, as he feared he was going to see his name under a double digit score. He was like over my dead body and saved a couple of shots on target. How's my Feyenoord dude Bullaude doing atm?
Partly Rulli, but Ajax is well remembered in futbol-loving Argentina, because of their history with Cryuff and total football, so the story of them getting destroyed by their traditional rivals will sell. As far as Bullaude, he couldn't crack the starting lineup, so I suspect, being that he is quite expensive for Argentina, that they will not execute the clause to keep him when the loan ends.
The California Poppy is such a weird flower - amazingly beautiful and bright, but it thrives in the worst places. A crack in a big rock? It grows there. An outcropping of serpentine rock, which is poisonous to living things? It grows there.
My weird semi-grassy weedy backyard? It grows there. You mentioned Mt Burdell awhile back, last spring it had more poppies than I’d ever seen there before.

I learned today that Shel Silverstein wrote: Where the Sidewalk Ends lyrics to a Boy named Sue The Giving Tree articles for Playboy magazine A Light in the Attic. I had no idea until today and honestly don't know what to do with this information. I just wanted to share this with everyone.
That does it. I know I've threatened to start paying for YouTube to stop seeing their stupid ads before, but this time they went too far. I just listened to a completely serious three minute ad for a tactical pillow that has level IIIA resistance to bullets. I know I'm a pretty sad individual and my time isn't worth much, but I swear to almighty Elvis it's worth more than having to listen to that. Before you ask why I didn't skip it, I was making dinner and my hands were in no state to touch the tablet.
YouTube has no idea who I am. I also got an ad for 700hp supercharged extreme Dodge Ram trucks. If there was a mirror universe version of spejic with a goatee, that is what he would be into. It's currently playing, as an ad, a music video from the purportedly famous country musician Dierks Bentley, whom I have never heard of until now and would be perfectly happy never hearing again. I'm also constantly getting ones from chewing tobacco and right-wing podcaster promoted supplements. Clearly "Big Data", as a concept, is a bunch of bull pucky.
RTS Tactical Bulletproof Memory Foam Pillow everything's tactical these days. Waiting on them to introduce a tactical coffee mug
Already done. Though the main tactical achievement seems to be seperating fools from their money since neither of these mugs costs less than $30. https://www.ebay.com/itm/374697615401?chn=ps&_trkparms=ispr=1&amdata=enc:1CWYow47cTOe2-dORjDcg9w81&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=374697615401&targetid=1585159290171&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9007526&poi=&campaignid=20391993730&mkgroupid=151117287549&rlsatarget=pla-1585159290171&abcId=9316964&merchantid=6296724&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIhpKryrDEhQMV70hHAR37TQADEAQYASABEgJvvfD_BwE https://www.superherogearstore.com/...MIhpKryrDEhQMV70hHAR37TQADEAQYBiABEgKUefD_BwE
