Just realized it's a Leap Year. Mama would be 30 yrs old in 7 days. Papa wouda made it to 132 come October!
Castle Rock State Park 8.7 miles today but it felt longer than the 10.2 I hiked yesterday. Castle Rock has a lot of up and downhill climbing and rocky sections to get over. The scenery is amazing though - looking south from this spot you can just about make out the Monterey side of Monterey Bay, off in the distance.
I also went out today. I went to Mt. Burdell, which is one of my common hikes. You gain a bit of elevation and at one spot get a nice view of Novato (looking south): The weird thing is that last summer I went there on a path I didn't often take and found a new official trail that was totally awesome. The next three times I went, including today, I could not find that new trail. Now I don't know what's going on. Was it a dream? A ghost path?
You can't do anything about murder anywhere except prosecute it. You will never rid the world of the fact that some folks need killing, nor will you rid most people of the idea that they can make that call. Schools are a mirror of society. If boobs were just floating free, we'd be National Geographic with one less thing to lust after. FWIW, things get more fun when they're frowned upon or illegal or considered sinful. Luckily there are lots of fetishy parts --ankles, necks, etc.-- to hold our interest.

Years ago when I lived in Oakland I hung out with my neighbor a couple times while he smoked crack. And I think the ratio of time spent smoking and enjoying compared to the time he spent combing through the carpet looking for the rock he was convinced he dropped was similar to your model-buliding experience. Isn’t it great to find common ground where you didn’t know it existed before?
It would not have taken you 4 hours to find that piece if you hadn't been sniffing Tamiya Extra Thin Cement.
Huh, I might run into you there at some point, I go there every couple months or so. Not that we’d know it, but still. There are a lot of unofficial trails there that are really fun too. Some of them basically just cow trails.
No eagles in my neighbourhood, but we do have a hawk that has some pet owners concerned: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CzGr5IluHgJ/
Guess I’ll get in on the hiking picture game, this is from yesterday out at Point Reyes, at the height of the green and lush. My friend snapped this, that’s me on the left.
Hiking, eh? I'm slowly getting back into it. Picture 1: Mexico a few years ago. Really loved the area. Picture 2: Bruce Peninsula in Ontario overlooking the Georgian Bay, which is part of Lake Huron.
One of those two things you can do without leaving the house. If that helps you to make your decision.
