Im not someone that would ruin Christmas for everyone else, but im also not a Christmas person. I enjoy the time off, that's about it. But today my brother got me presents for the first time. In my entire life. I appreciated the thought. Got me coaching gear and equipment and a ********ing Arsenal beanie. Like bro you've known me for 30 plus years. On my birthday my mother got a me a marble cake and everyone knows i hate chocolate. I still thank God tho.

Just as a fun aside... I'm in 2022 in FM and towards the final days, my Director of Football goes and gets Neymar on a Free for $180k/wk USD. I almost went and cancelled it, but I figured he'd be decent depth, I have the budget, and he's only 31, so he has a couple years left. First game, as a sub, he pulls ankle ligaments. Out for a couple weeks. I'm like, ok. He recovers and is playing some U23 to get his form back up and he tears his ankle ligaments - out for 5-7 months and played a total of like... 20 minutes for me. lol This year is going to be one where I play a lot of the youngins - our Academy is absolutely STACKED. Going to probably be phasing out a lot of players over the next few years to make room for them. It's feasible that I could have an all-English starting 11 at some point through the Academy. GK is going to be tough to muster though. Greenwood is an absolute stud. He is a beast - 33 goals in the PL last year. England also won the 2022 World Cup.
Ahead of the FA Cup tie between United and Pool, a replay of the iconic match between both sides in 1999. One of the signature games of United's march for the Treble.

I can't wait until I'm back to Soccernet refreshing the score every 30 seconds. Party like it's 1997.
I can't wait until I'm back to Soccer America, getting the match report in my mailbox two weeks later. Party like its 1987!
Would imagine they're going to try to go as far and wide as possible when it comes to the sites allocation, thus avoiding going with cities in the same state or that are close regionally (except in the northeast). My guess it that it will be one or the other between Miami and Orlando. Just as it will be the case for Atlanta/Nashville, KC/Cincy, Dallas/Houston, DC/Baltimore. That knocks 5 cities off right off the bat and I imagine the other 2 will come from Canada and Mexico (1 each) to get down to the desired 16 sites.
Can't wait until I'm finally reading the scores from the weekend Prem games in the NY Times on a Tuesday. Party like its 1993.
English football bodies have come together to send an open letter to Facebook and Twitter amid increased levels of abuse aimed at footballers on social media.— Sky Sports News (@SkySportsNews) February 11, 2021
Twitter has permanently deleted an account that was used to direct racist abuse towards Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah. pic.twitter.com/bEgIVpzqKZ— ESPN FC (@ESPNFC) February 18, 2021 As usual, step in the right direction. But it's nowhere near enough: what's to prevent this person to create a new account and pretty much pick up right where they left off? If you want to be really serious about curbing that type of behavior, it's really important for those people to be identified. Anonymity is the shield that kind of scum gleefully hides behind...
